Had an issue with my AOSmith water heater. Patriot was the goto company for AO Smith warranty service. They came out and assessed the problem. Riged up something so I would still have hot water while parts were ordered. Parts came right to my house. I informed Patriot that the parts had arrived. They came out.the very next day and completed the repairs. A+ service I would recommend them highly

Completely non responsive. Both my home Warranty company and I tried reaching them multiple times daily and they would not respond. Terrible customer service and wasted days while a plumbing issue went unresolved. Clearly they don’t care about customer reviews and non-existent service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
