Scheduled a chimney sweep was between two and four on the schedule called at 3 o’clock said he would be here in about 30 minutes. Showed up at 330 promptly swept the chimney verified that I was in good shape for the year for a reasonable price. Put down all the runners and put things back exactly as they were a great example of a small local business.

After a heavy rain, I noted that my gutters were clogged. I called Classic Chimney Sweeps & Services to help with the problem. They came within hours. They fixed the problems and installed gutter guards for a very reasonable price. They worked quickly, efficiently and neatly. They were personable and professional. I will definitely call again when my gutters need servicing.

I've delt with hundreds of contractors and inspection companies in my line of work as a real estate agent. Classic has always been honest and fair in their recommendations. I've worked with Dozens of chimney companies and Classic is who I call for myself, my family and my clients.

I called them in need of an 'emergency' chimney sweep as our furnace broke and we hadn't used our fire place in years, but was going to be our only option for heat for the next two weeks. 3 other companies I had called that morning either had an astronomical 'emergency' rate and still couldn't come out for three or more days or couldn't come out for 2+ weeks. Classic Chimney had someone out that day for us and did not charge us an 'emergency' rate like the other companies quoted us. We will definitely be using them for all our future chimney needs. Very impressed with their service.

I have been going through it, attempting to find a chimney/fireplace company to fix my chimney at an affordable price. I received a few quotes, and after many referrals on a local neighborhood fb page, I decided to call Classic Chimney. The owner came out with one of his employees and spent almost an hour explaining what I needed to get done in order to have a safe fireplace. Not only was he attentive, but his price was cheaper than the previous companies.

A few days later they came out and completed the work. They were professional, and respected my property and were very respectful inside my home too. I work from home and they had to pause occasionally while I was on a call.

The team at Classic Chimney was awesome. Jeff came out on time for the estimate appointment and provided a thorough overview of the issues with the existing chimney. I was some impressed with their professionalism and amazing pricing that I scheduled them for the repair. He and Jerry returned and quickly got the liner installed and a new crown mortared into place. Super impressed but the service, will definitely use on future jobs.

Seemed reasonable enough, easy to deal with. Had to order a special "waterfront" windproof chimney cap which took a long time, but it was finally installed. Still have some smoke coming into the room after it all. Then I was on the roof a couple months later and checked the install which looked like a complete hack job. Contacted the owner several times with NO response.
