The entire experience was great! Great customer service from scheduling to the technician. Elmer arrived on time, was efficient, and very knowledgeable. He made sure my system was operating at peak performance. Elmer took the time to answer questions and give me tips on how to use my system more efficiently as well. I would definitely call them again.

Our HVAC system suddenly stopped working, and we had hope that it could be repaired, rather than replaced. We chose Comfort Systems because of their favorable google reviews. The customer service rep was very nice over the phone. The tech, Brandon, made it out same day. Brandon couldn’t have been nicer! He was knowledgeable and noticeably honest. He was able to figure out the issues we were having, and made the necessary repairs. I’m very happy that we decided to go with Comfort Systems and I will definitely call them for any future HVAC issues that may occur.

Friendly and courteous from start to finish. The technicians are wonderful, the scheduling staff is very nice, and everyone I’ve encountered truly seems to care. Service is quick and professional. Highly recommend!

Comfort Systems installed a mini split in my house. Great experience and customer service from beginning to end. Everyone was very professional, arrived on time and were pleasant to deal with. Price was good. The gentlemen who installed my mini split were experienced, very respectful of my home, and did a great job cleaning up, including vacuuming. I highly recommend Comfort Systems and am very pleased with my new air conditioning.

We had a wonderful experience with comfort systems! They charged a fair price and we’re very efficient and professional with the installation. They even went out of their way to get us a bigger discount than expected With the utility company for upgrading our system! We would definitely recommend them!!

We’ve been using Comfort Systems for years, and they are always very responsive. They even came out on Christmas Eve once!

Not an easy job. Taking apart an old A/C unit and installing a new one in a tiny attic opening inside a small bathroom closet. It was over 100 degrees in the attic. The three man crew did a remarkable, splendid job. They put down drop cloths before they started and everything in the closet was put back and all materials were cleaned up before they left. The men were courteous and diligent workers, also the A/C is wonderful!

We have been using Comfort Systems for over thirty years. Their work is always excellent; their prices are very competitive; and their crews are friendly and knowledgeable. We will continue to use and recommend Comfort Systems.

From my first initial phone call with Clare she stayed in contact with me up until the day of service 8/7/25. Clare was very knowledgeable about the service I was requesting and assured me that I was one of many that was having this same issue. And she made me feel extremely comfortable and provided excellent customer service. Cory and his apprentice were amazing provided excellent customer service. Cory knows his stuff. He was the actual technician that installed our unit and duct work. He educated me on the upkeep that I can do myself. He also stayed around to make sure my home was cooling properly. Life becomes hectic especially with being a full time caretaker for a parent that has Lewy Body Dementia. I will refer everyone I know to Comfort Systems. I am not a paid actor this is my complete honest review and experience.

I have received a an emergency service with this company as my unit was acting up. Chuck came out and was very thorough in making sure that all checks were done. I must say if you someone like me who wants to know why and how things are being done, ask for Chuck. He is very good, professional and will even mak suggestions as to what needs to be done. I have even asked the compay to make sure Chuck be the one to be the one to service my 2 units as of now. 6 stars dot not say how say how satisfied I am.

My service tech Chuck performed maintenance on two HVAC systems. Chuck kept me informed every step of the way. He was professional, knowledgeable and educated me in the systems.

Always a great experience from start to finish with Comfort Syatems. There communicate and professionalism is second to none. Jose and Corey do a great job of explaining the job and working through problems when they occur. This is long overdue.

I am always hesitant to trust a company that has almost exclusively 5-star reviews. I have seen very unprofessional ways in the past of how companies ensure they only get good reviews…
I can say with absolute certainty, however, that Comfort Systems is the real deal. Shawn and Clare have this place running beautifully. We have had far too many issues over the years and Comfort Systems has always helped us fix our issues. They truly are knowledgeable, professional, and very accommodating. They are always patient with my many questions and, when you call, you speak with Clare, not some answering machine or AI service.
This truly is a 5-star company and I have recommended them to friends and family.

Mike, Jose, Shawn, and James were great! Got the a big job done with lots of equipment in an organized and efficient manner. Furthermore it was obvious that they enjoyed working together and sharing their knowledge. Drapes were used to minimize tracking and someone checked with me before turning anything off. Very excited to use my new tankless water heater for many many years. And yes, the water is hot fast!!

Woke up to no working system, NO HEAT !!
COLD NIGHTS and had to start looking for best deals.. Called Comfort Systems and was given the best price with all the rebates and going with a change from Oil and AC system to Heat Pump and AC system. I could not pass up the deal...Get an estimate now before the rebates are gone this yr....BEST DECISION I MADE!!

3rd Service:
Back again to my go to HVAC company, Comfort Systems Inc. This time for a total HVAC replacement. Continued excellent service at a reasonable price. They showed up right on time... out with the old system from the 1970's and in with the new which was completed the same day. The new energy efficient system qualified for a rebate. They also installed a Nest Gen 4 thermostat. I was pleasantly surprised that they fashioned the new system to use the same size filters as the old system. Everything is working great. Highly recommend Comfort Systems for your HVAC needs.

2nd Service:
What excellent service... Comfort Systems Inc. is the truth! My a/c stopped cooling. They resolved it quick, fast and in a hurry. From initial contact through service completion and billing I am honored to highly recommend Comfort Systems. You will be glad you found them too.

1st Service:
The fan in the outside ac unit was not working. I called and service technicians (Mike & Dennard) were at my home within the hour. Found and replaced a faulty capacitor. Air conditioning is now operating normally. Thank you Comfort Systems Inc for providing my family such excellent service.
