Let me just say. This heat has been pushing our hvac system to the limit! Keith cleaned our outside unit, and the coils on our inside unit. And gave us a few recommendations to prevent issues in the future. Regular maintenance aside from changing a filter is crucial to keep things running smooth!

Kmt mechanic showed up on time and diagnosed the problem with my ac unit. Turns out I had a bad condenser fan motor. He was able to get me a new fan motor annd even re used the old fan blade that was still in good condition! He had me up and running the same day! Great prices and honest service.
