First time using Ace Plumbing. The company was highly recommended by a local kitchen design company. I learned why Ace was highly recommended. To put it simply, they offer quality product, SUPERIOR service at a FAIR price. Additionally, the service was PROMPT. A family owned and operated business with true professionals that are friendly and courteous. Can't ask for much more in a service company. Exactly how a small service company should be operated.

Had another first class job performed by Ace. Kevin arrived on time and as usual was very polite and respectful of our home. The upstairs radiators were stone cold and Kevin worked to diagnose the problem. He explained what was happening with our boiler and installed a new part. He was able to get all the radiators to operate better than they had in years. Joe came by a few days later to check on one of the ancient radiators and gave a helpful diagnosis of the situation. Thanks so much. We can check this heating problem off our list.

5 stars all the way! Received several quotes for a broken pipe feeding our house water from the well. Three other companies quoted us hundreds to thousands of dollars more, and were pushing us to undertake extensive replacement work for the entire line. Ace quickly came out to repair the pipe break in hot and rainy weather, and explained that our pipes didn’t require replacing. The break occurred at a vulnerable junction and our pipes were in otherwise good condition. I found everyone at Ace honest, hardworking and trustworthy. It’s been a while since I’ve had such a great experience with a service provider. I highly, highly recommend this business.

Ace Plumbing was part of a team that did our Kitchen remodel. Kevin installed the gas line for the stove (prior elec) and did the kitchen plumbing. - We were impressed with the work done and asked him back to replace an aging drain and sewer line. Even more impressed - all the work is efficient, clean, and functional, highly recommended

When I went into the basement my tub and toilet were full of sewage. I called Joe at Ace Plumbing and he said I'll be right there. This isn't the first time he has saved me. His prices are reasonable and he is very efficient. I love Ace Plumbing.

This company was amazing! Kevin was the technician who came to my home. He was professional, he listened to everything I had to say about my issue. I had a small leak coming from the bathroom through to the living room ceiling. I explained to him that I had installed a new shower head several months prior and the pressure was very forceful to the point that the shower curtain was being blown around. Kevin said that could be what caused the leak but he was going to run a few tests to make sure. He ran the water in the tub for a good while, came down to check the ceiling, it was dry. He then flushed the toilet many many times, checked the ceiling and still dry. Lastly, he ran the water in the sink, checked ceiling, still dry. He surmised that the problem was the powerful shower head ( the curtain not staying closed to keep the water from leaking out of the corner ). He even googled splash guards on his phone to show me what I might want to use to help keep the water from leaking out! I was lucky that he had a lower pressure shower head in his truck that he installed for me. Saved me a trip to Lowe’s.
He could have easily told me pipes were leaking behind the walls, needed to be replaced, cost thousands to fix BUT HE DIDN’T!! He was honest about it just being the shower head and nothing more! For this, he has a customer for life and I will recommend Ace Plumbing to everyone needing a plumber!! Thank you, Kevin for being an awesome technician!

Once again Ace Plumbing came to my rescue. The owner of the company Joe is so kind, professional, quick to respond, and very reasonable pricing. Kevin came to my home and had my sump pump replace in no time. Kevin was very kind, professional and reassured me that all would be OK. Again, thank you so much Ace Plumbing! On August 1st 2019 I called the ACE Plumbing for the 1st time.....
And what a pleasant experience it was.
Jeff did a great job replacing leaky garbage disposal and two faucets. Removing the one old, corroded faucet was not an easy task. Jeff besides being an excellent plumber was so polite, nice and (Oh!) so neat.

I've been doing business with Ace plumbing since 2011. Joe did all of the plumbing in our new addition and I have had him or his son Kevin back to do several small jobs since then. His prices are fair and and the quality of his workmanship is superior.

Ace Plumbing — Joe Bahr & his sons Kevin & Jeff — have been wonderful. We bought our house a year ago. It was an estate sale and sold “as is”. It had a lot of deferred maintenance issues and Joe was quite helpful advising what to address from the inspection and what to defer based on our plans to remodel. We have had them install a hybrid heat pump water heater (replacing a tankless coil) which we have been very pleased with. I know the value of having a good artisan contractor that you can rely on as a homeowner. I wholeheartedly recommend Ace Plumbing.

I had a wonderful experience using Ace Plumbing. Joe arrived within an hour of my call for help. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had my drain issue fixed in no time. Great people, great service, what more could you want!

Jeff was great. He let us know when he was on his way and he was on time. He was professional, patient, and honest. He gave great advice on our dishwasher and the next steps to fix the problem. Our cat loved him and followed him around the house. I highly recommend Ace and my fur baby gives her seal of approval.

Ace Plumbing helped me out last minute not once but 2 times in the course of a week after having been disappointed/given the run around by Home Depot. They installed new valves in a gas line to bring it up to code and installed a new washer and drier. The price was extremely reasonable and every plumber that provided service was professional and courteous. I will be calling them again should I have additional plumbing requirements.

Ace Plumbing is at the top of my list for recommendations. Joe and his sons are amazing. They are always nice, honest, and reasonably priced. I've been using them for years for my home, my mom 's home, and our snowball trailer.

Joe and his son were LIFE SAVERS! My husband and I returned from our holiday vacation to a bust pipe. We arrived home on Wednesday to find the pipe and Joe and his son were here the next morning. I called Joe at Ace Plumbing about a new sump pump. Because I had been without a sump pump for over 40 years it was more than just a replacement. (I'd broken the previous one and never needed it but we're contemplating selling, so we'd need one)
Joe, his son Reese and their helper (Steve?) worked diligently and professionally throughout the day to complete a job that was neatly and efficiently done. And knowing the scope of the job, it was more than reasonably priced.
And all the while with a friendly, personable attitude toward me, my wife and our family pet, who can be intimidating, but loved them.
I have always thought about a "go-to" for the trades. I think I might have finally found a go-to in Ace Plumbing. I am thoroughly pleased with the work, professionalism, price and the people.

I have used Ace Plumbing many times over the years. They are always prompt and reasonable with costs. Just in the past month, I had a water heater break and they were able to fit me in immediately, did a replacement and left my place looking like nothing had ever happened. Good plumbers are hard to come by and I'd highly recommend them.
