Vernon & Mitch are both great!
Had a new furnace put in by them.
Reasonably priced, great work ethic, honest, & knowledgeable.

Great work, Vernon is really easy to work with and open to answer questions. He's efficient and the work done is really quality stuff, I can't say enough nice things about Hamilton. We will be using them for all our future Plumbing/HVAC needs.

A few days ago we noticed water leaking from our water heater. Hamilton was so responsive, Vernon was able to come by a few hours later and was finished so quickly, replaced our water heater, really great service from Vernon! Thank you!

Our boiler stopped working this past Saturday when it was in the 20s. We called every HVAC company that we could find that was open and Hamilton was the only one that called us back promptly and could fit us in the same day. Vernon was out within an hour and able to repair our boiler even though he didn't have the exact part he needed. We so appreciate this company's promptness and professionalism!

Found Hamilton Plumbing through a neighborhood post. They showed up when promised, fixed disposal, slow drains, leaky faucets, hoses and toilet. Very friendly, courteous, competent, and knowledgeable. Had all necessary supplies with them. Very reasonably priced, and told me extra tips for solving problems. Family owned business, really nice guys who enjoy helping their customers! I highly recommend them!

I had a GREAT experience with Hamilton! They were able to do a same-day water heater installation at a reasonable price. Both the individual on the phone and the technician were extremely professional.

Hamilton was prompt, professional and reliable. They responded immediately (even after 9pm!), communicated well, and showed up when they said they would. Our issue was resolved in less than 24 hours. As new home owners with plumbing issues in just our first few days, they were empathetic to our situation and they're prices were more than fair. We will definitely use Hamilton again.

We bought a house in Perry Hall in 2018. It needed some work and Hamilton was suggested to us. It's been 4 years and anytime we've had issues I just call up Vernon and he's here same day to help. We've replaced our HVAC, had him do some plumbing fixes and a shower repair. Wouldn't recommend anyone else locally.

This week I was in a bind and had a fairly serious plumbing issue in my only bathroom in my home. I originally called Hamilton Plumbing on Sunday and they asked me a variety of questions to determine the seriousness of the leak instead of coming out and charging me the emergency service fee. His honesty was immediately noticed. My work schedule was a bit crazy so I wasn't able to call back until late Monday and Vernon didnt hesitate to stop by to scope it out even though he was done for the day and back at the shop. We planned on Wednesday for the work to be completed. I was impressed with how hard he worked for 3 hours straight to fix my leak leaving bare minimum for me to do afterwards. Instead of cutting into the wall and floor like others suggested he was able to fix everything with just a small section of drywall taken out in the ceiling. He was efficient, professional, honest and personable. I will be glad to reccomend this company to anyone who needs work. I cant thank them enough for putting me at ease and doing an amazing job.

Vernon installed a new boiler system for my home, he came over within the hour I called - gave excellent service, with honest pricing . Same day service! Called Vernon at 730am and by 1030am, one of his guys, Mitch, was here. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Our water heater needed replacing and by 1pm, they were done. No mess, reasonably priced, and they take pride in their work. Highly recommend these guys.

There's no good month during Baltimore's summer to have your A/C fail. Should it happen to you, I can't recommend Vernon and the folks at Hamilton Plumbing more highly.

The wife came home a day early from our vacation to find the A/C on the ground floor was dead. The temp was 87 inside the house. I called Hamilton from the road to make an appt and was contacted by Vernon soon after. He said he'd come by and look at the unit to see if he could troubleshoot the problem without access to the house.

He called me back an hour later and said he had found two issues and replaced the parts but couldn't tell if the fix was complete until he could turn on the unit. He came back later that afternoon and checked the freon on the unit that went down and also checked the other unit for the upstairs, which it turned out was low on freon too.

When he was done he explained in laymens terms what he'd found and detailed some other issues that were impacting performance but couldn't be fixed.

Summation: these folks go beyond the norm to provide quality service with an emphasis on customer service. Vernon is a rock star, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Job well done.

We had our gas hot water heater replaced by Hamilton Plumbing. Setting up the appointment was quick. Vernon and another guy showed up and replaced the hot water heater quickly. We got 2 quotes for the job and Hamilton Plumbing had the more reasonable price.

These guys are great. When our furnace stopped working on a cold Saturday morning, they called me back and came out within hours. One of their other trucks was close by that had the part our furnace needed and brought it over to the technician at our house. Fantastic response on a Saturday morning when temps were below freezing. Thank you Vernon and Mitch!
