Very efficient plumber with professional advice coming from years and years of service in the industry. Had Jack come out 5 years ago to do a water heater and does a fantastic job on repairs and installation. Highly highly recommend and the only plumber I’ll use as long as I stay in his service area. More than fair price as well.

Jack was dispatched originally through our home warranty service, we called him back out to fix the issue not covered under warranty, and he was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. While he was out, he also ended up replacing our sump pump that had gone out two days earlier.

We had water backing up in our basement any time we flushed a toilet or ran the water. We contacted Jack's Plumbing immediately as we were expecting visitors that day. Jack was able to come out within an hour, took the time to explain his plan, and cleared the clog. He stayed to test and make sure that everything was running smoothly before leaving. We very much appreciate his responsiveness and professionalism and will use his service again if needed.

Warranty company and I tried reaching them multiple times daily and they would not respond. Terrible customer service and wasted days while a plumbing issue went unresolved. Clearly they don’t care about customer reviews and non-existent service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

You can't call yourself a plumbing company and offer emergency sewer line unclogging within 10 days.

DO NOT use these people!!!! They have ZERO regard for safety. I was behind a Jack's Plumbing van at the traffic signal of Cowpens Avenue when the light turned green. I watched this man go around all of the traffic in the right lane of Cromwell Bridge Road, as the lane ran out to merge left, a young girl was in his way and he ran her into oncoming traffic!!!! I couldn't believe it. Following them on the course to my home, I watched this man pull out ON THE SAME GIRL EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVELY on Harford Road where there are two lanes, then continued to BRAKE CHECK her!!! Luckily, she slammed her brakes on & pulled onto the shoulder. This Jack plumber just drove on like nothing happened.
*Needless to say, looked them up; discovered contact information. THIS WAS THE OWNER that terrorized the young girl.
NEVER have I EVER seen such inexcusable behavior or spoken to a person this unprofessional. Makes me sick.
