Was cut off by truck #217 on rt. 140 whilst the truck had poles hanging out of the back of the truck with no marker flags on them and truck gave signal AFTER cutting me off. Called company to make complaint and customer service rep. was rude and dismissive. Let's hope this makes a difference in this company's drivers and their response to drivers putting others on the road at risk.

I called around the area and spoke to over a half dozen different electrical contractors who declined to work with our military at Ft Meade. I called VarcoMac and spoke with Chris the account manager and he was very happy to take the job and he had Ben his electrician on site within 24 hours and Ben had the job completed within 48 hours. They answered my call for assistance right away and they did an outstanding job on our FT Meade project. Our clients are extremely happy with the very quick and very professional service as I am and we will only use VarcoMac and Chris and Ben for our future projects. Thank you gentlemen!

Truck #408 ran a stop sign on their phone as I was walking my dog. They never picked their head up to realize I was there.

Truck #544 from this clown company was flying down the road like it’s NASCAR, endangering everyone. This isn’t a one-off — people have been reporting their reckless drivers for a while. A police report needs to be filed before these jokers kill someone.

Your driver #541 on the DC Beltway was tailgating, weaving through traffic, and cutting multiple people off this morning. Judging by the other aggressive driver reviews it seems this is just your company culture.

Maybe teach your drivers how to have patience or ar least to understand that their driving behavior reflects on the company when they drive a lettered vehicle.

Bausum & Duckett has provided quick, courteous, and competent service on several occasions. This company has completed electrical work and generator tuning and service. I have received an appointment almost immediately many times. On one occasion, Kevin assisted me over the phone to solve a generator problem when I had no power. When I contacted the office, again, I received an appointment on the same day. The office staff is friendly and courteous, and the technicians left my home as clean as they found it. I highly recommend Bausum and Duckett for professionalism, excellent service, and great rates.

Been looking for someone to service my Kohler generator. One company said the motor was blown and could not work on it. I contacted Bausum and Duckett, they came out and quickly identified that the battery was dead (said a dead battery will give a lot of false diagnostic messages), they then serviced the generator and less than an hour later I was back on line. Just three days later the storm knocked out the street power for two days, B&D saved the day. Highly recommend them.

The workman has been here several times. He is a wonderful person, always comes to the door & introduces himself. He is very efficient, describes what work will be performed. He and his helper are very professional & thanks for having them as workers
