I contacted Chuck to install a new water heater. He and his staff were very knowledgeable, kind and professional. Did an excellent job.

Chuck came and looked at the double sink problem and told me what to buy. A week later Tom ? came back and replaced the parts and the water heater overfill tank. Both were very personable and wore masks.

Chuck and his crew always have come on time between the hours they say. They spend adequate time assessing the situation, getting the correct parts and installing them. They are also incredibly kind and thoughtful around family, even those with disabilities, when they are working. Will call on them any time needed.

First I want to say this was my 4th call to a plumber, Chuck is the ONLY one that answered my call and was able to secure a day and time immediately. (huge props) David showed up on time with a friendly smile (6:30 am) I apsolutely could not be any happier, he was so knowledable and explained every step he made, answered ALL my questions (and there were many) I couldnt be happier and will use them for all my plumbing needs from now on!

Have been using CTP for a long time. Chuck has rushed over twice for toilet issues, once at 6am! Replaced the entire toilet before I left for work as the tank broke and had a large hole. Ever since our 1973 house has required plumbing attention at least once a year. Both Chuck and David have my complete endorsement.
