This p.o.s. drives 10 mph below the speed limit in the left hand lane while not taking his eyes off his cell phone. Never use this company purely for safety reasons. And he holds up traffic like cray. Real P.O.S.
5 stars for knowing their stuff and doing a job right, 3 stars for price (which is comparatively high for residential): $145 for the first 30 minutes and $72.50 for every 30-min thereafter (as of Oct 5, 2017). Hence a 4-star rating.
They do not know what they are doing and don't guarantee their work. Changing shower cartridges shouldn't cost $700+. I don't usually write bad reviews but their plumber was so incompetent and Gary was so rude and hostile and unhelpful and obviously takes no pride in good workmanship that I am compelled to warn others. It was a complete nightmare! We even had to bring in another plumber to finally fix our shower.
