Their team transformed my outdated, unfinished space into a beautiful, functional living area that exceeded all my expectations. My husband and I worked with Upward Innovations when we decided to add a mother in law suite. Davindra and Yossef were always honest and accommodating every step of the way. They made sure we were included in every step. Any hiccups that occurred, they made sure they were always ironed out.They went above and beyond to make sure my mother had a mother in law suite that fit her all of her needs and was also beautiful! We are happy with not only the construction done on the mother in law suite, but the remodeling we decided to do inside our home, turned out gorgeous as well. Finding a contract company, that is honest and trustworthy is hard to find. They were not only honest, trustworthy and a company that stood behind their work, they were also all about going beyond what we asked for. We will always use them for any and all future home projects.

Youssef, Davindra and their team were awesome in the creation of my cigar lounge. We did a full demolition of the existing space and turned it into the Grand Ash Cigar Lounge. They were professional and diligent in their tasks. I highly recommend their services.

They were terrible.
They told me to buy online. It states initial payment of 33% but that does not exist. It’s full payment. Don’t have that in writing if it’s not valid.They were terrible.

They forgot to deliver our wood. Claimed they forgot to put it on the truck. We waited all day. Then the next day they deliver and don’t even put it inside. What’s the point of paying $99 if you can’t bring it inside? It also took a very long time to receive the wood (3weeks?).

And they overestimated for our small area. What’s the point of the $19 measurement then? The measurement team was also rude.

Then we went to return the wood but because we bought it online it needed to be a certain store. That was not stated over the phone. The phone lady was very vague and their terms are terrible and some don’t even exist or aren’t right.

I had called this store 10 times and they were not helpful.

The contractors were great but I would never use Home Depot again. They were rude in store and not helpful at all.
