Today around 2:20, I was driving on 695 near Baltimore/Hampden heading towards 83N during a severe rainstorm. I was driving the speed limit in the left lane during congested traffic. The right lane was going 5 - 10 under the speed limit and one of your work trucks was driving so close behind me that I could not see their headlights in my rear view mirror. I rolled down my window to wave my hand in a back up motion - the driver gave me a bit more space (though still not a safe amount during the road conditions at alllll) then got very close to me again. This was all happening at a 5-lane merge point with heavy traffic. The driver then zipped around me to the right to pass me in still-congested traffic, cutting off a car in the right lane.
