I had my roof repair by Zenith. My representative Austin was excellent he handle everything with the insurance after I filed.
He kept me updated on how communications was going with the insurance company. After work was completed he stopped back by after rain storm to make sure I was Happy with the Job. There was no leaks ! I highly recommend Zenith!!

We had a new roof installed in January 2024. The roof looks amazing we are very satisfied with the end result.
We have solar panels which was our main concern. They came removed the solar panels and about a week later due to weather installed the roof. They, then reinstall the solar panels a week after the roof installation.
This process went through our homeowners insurance, we only paid out of pocket our deductible. They managed every step that needed to be taken as well as kept us informed as it moved along.
The whole process from start to finish took about 5 months.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Zenith and I must say, they are top-notch. Their work is exceptional and their dedication to their craft is truly admirable. I found them to be very professional and their communication skills were outstanding. I highly recommend Zenith for any roofing, siding, or solar panel needs you may have. They will not disappoint!

Shortly upon their arrival, they were specific and efficient throughout the process and managed to fix my roof which was pretty damaged due to weather within one day.

Zenith Inc replaced my roof in July because of storm damage. The salesperson, Charles, was very professional and explained the process from beginning to end. The crew arrived early and were very careful not to damage my flowers and trees, they worked very hard on an extremely hot summer day. They also did a great job in cleaning up before the left my home. Now I am able to enjoy my beautiful new roof without fear of water leaking in.

We started the long journey of getting our older roof replaced after some storm damage. I was very skeptical that the insurance would agree to cover the roof give. The assumed age of the existing roof. Debbie assured me that they were very accustomed to handling this sort of thing. Well, it took a good long while but Zenith expertly navigated the many hoops that our insurance company made them go through. Now we have a beautiful new roof and we sleep much better at night!

The process was relatively seemless. The work was done in professional and timely manner. Justin and Daniel did a fine job in helping to manage the project and followed up with me for the additional steps to get the payments from the insurance company. The whole family is satisfied with the color, workmanship and final product!

The folks at Zenith were very professional. We desperately needed a new roof and could not have afforded it. I honestly didn't believe the offer at first of being able to get a new roof for just the cost of the down payment on my insurance but here I am with a new roof AND new siding for an incredibly affordable rate. I would highly recommend Zenith to anyone in need of a roof. (They also installed solar panels and did a great job with that too!)

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The new roofs on our house and garage, and new siding around the house look great. We are so glad that Debbie Kramer stopped by our house and informed us that we could get all this needed work taken care of through our homeowners insurance. The workmanship was impeccable and we encountered no problems from start to finish. At first we were a bit skeptical about the project but Debbie Kramer let us know everything was on the up and up and it was. Martellini Construction is a well-managed and customer-friendly business. They identified weather damage due to a “Hail” storm in my community. They suggested replacement materials and required building code upgrades for my roof and siding. Justin Orlando, the project manager assigned to manage the work on our home, ensured work was done as scheduled and installed on time. Furthermore, Martellini invoiced all materials and labor costs associated with the project and shared them with all stakeholders. Justin acted as a valuable liaison with our home owner’s insurance company. I would strongly recommend Martellini Construction for roofing and siding repair or replacement.

My experience with Zenith has been phenomenal.
The roofers were knowledgeable, and experienced. They arrived punctually and begin to work right away. They were diligent and continued to work throughout the day. The excellence and craftsmanship was displayed in their work. I am extremely impressed with the quality of their work and how their cleaned up after they were finished.

The interior work was done by Dan and his son. Dan was punctual everyday coming from quite a distance. He also took pride in his work. Completing the repairs on the walls and ceiling was done professionally. He also is a true craft man.

I love my new siding. The blue color is vibrant and my neighbors always compliment me on the color. Zenith Inc was great to work with. Their professionalism and customer service was on point.

Had a pretty good experience with everyone working for Zenith, Inc. The public adjustor John, as well as Taylor were also very knowledgeable and helpful. Both projects (roof and siding) were completed in a very timely manner. I would use this company again.

Caleb is an amazing guy, for 3 months he was trying to help me get my roof done through my Insurance. First I saw him do 4 of my neighbors roofs in the area so I couldn’t help but notice the process was working for other people. We filed the claim, and I got my roof done in less than two months. Im so happy with the work I would recommend this young man to anyone interested in the process.

Caleb came to my house 4 times before I let him climb the roof, insurance didn't approve of the roof the first time but after Caleb and his company supplemented the job I got a full approved for the roof and more money for the inside paint job. I'm so happy Caleb helped me, I recommend him to anyone that is interested in the insurance process.
