Replaced our nightly cleaners! They do an amazing job 5 days a week. Highly recommend I’m in the NoVa/Dc/Md area!

For the simple fact the crew shows up exactly as scheduled and leaves the building spotless is very much appreciated. They finished in the amount of time that was discussed before booking. They are very thorough, easy going & professional.

I would highly recommend everyone use this company. I was throughly impressed with the detailed attention he gave to every piece of equipment in my office. I feel very safe and more importantly I know me, my patients and my team have the most sanitized workspace in the area. I pray for you guys success and will definitely work with you again in the future.

With the current COVID conditions, I was in charge of choosing a cleaner for the church. I was sitting in my car waiting for my takeout food one day and saw a car parked with an E3 cleaning solutions magnet on the door. I immediately went up to introduce myself and feel like I’ve not only found the solution to my problem but a very genuine and transparent company with quality services. They’ve been cleaning the church every week since January 2020. Glad they’re finally expanding. Great to see!

Funny story behind this company. In 2017 I had just opened my medical practice in St Louis, MO and I believe E3 Solutions were just starting their business as well. One of the workers placed a flyer on my car and I gave them a call. The owner respectfully worked around my schedule and met me at my office so he could do a walk through and give me an estimate. The price was very reasonable for the amount space I occupied. E3 Solutions did an exceptional job and I actually got compliments from my patients and I was able to refer E3 Solutions to them. E3 has been my primary cleaning and sanitary company until around the of 2019 when their company relocated to the Washington DC area.
Ok the funny part of the story is early 2020 I moved my practice to the DC area and the building manager recommended me to a cleaning service which happened to be E3 Solutions. When Mr Jones(The Owner) came to do a walk through he recognized me and was telling me how much his business expanded and was thriving.
IF YOU ARE IN THE DC AREA OR EVEN OUTSIDE THE DC AREA I HIGHLY AND STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU CONTACT E3 SOLUTIONS FOR YOUR CLEANING AND SANITARY NEEDS! TELL HIM MR DAVIS REFERRED YOU!! -

This is my home away from home when I have a project. Great parking, great customer service, next to Riverton shopping center and other fast food stores across the street. Large store, easy to find products.

Great guys who do great work.

Called and spoke with someone who said that they could definitely take care of my paver project. After sending photos and two more texts, inquiring about when the work could be done, I was ghosted. No response at all, and I could see that my text messages were read. A simple reply like “sorry, but we can’t help you.” Would have been a better way for them to handle this.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel like people should know exactly what they’re dealing with before hiring this company.
I found Suburban Lawn Care Service LLC through Google while searching for someone to service my yard. The owner seemed nice on the phone initially, which is why I moved forward. Before booking, I VERY clearly explained the condition of my yard. I told him the grass was overgrown because it hadn’t been cut in a while, and I specifically explained that the fence lines and bushes needed major trimming due to neighboring overgrowth and foliage coming through the fence. I even told him upfront that I understood it would be extra work and I did not mind paying extra for trimming.
The owner came out, looked at the yard himself, and acknowledged everything. He specifically told me he would need trimmers because he couldn’t properly handle the fence line with just a weedwhacker. He then told me he would come back the following day to finish the trimming. Based on that understanding, I paid $120 because I was told the price INCLUDED the trimming work.
The next day came, and instead of completing the agreed-upon work, I received excuses and then a completely different story. In our text messages, he suddenly acted as if trimming the bushes and fence line was somehow separate from what we had already discussed and paid for. After refunding only $20, he started trying to reframe the conversation and act like there had been some misunderstanding.
There was no misunderstanding.
I was extremely clear from the beginning, and thankfully I had text messages backing up the conversation. What bothered me most was not even the unfinished trimming — it was the dishonesty and manipulation afterward. Instead of taking accountability, the owner became defensive, rude, and started deflecting when confronted. As a customer who was fully willing to pay fairly for quality work, that kind of behavior is a major red flag.
The actual grass cut itself was just okay — definitely not impressive enough to overlook the poor communication and misleading pricing. Professionalism matters just as much as the work itself, and if an owner can’t communicate honestly or stand by what was discussed, I don’t see the value in continuing business with them.
Do yourself a favor and really research lawn care companies before hiring. There are better companies in the area that communicate clearly and operate with integrity. I’ve already found another company I’d rather work with moving forward.
