The manager of Real Plumbers, Dave Warner took my.call to verify that there were no leakages contributing to an extraordinarily high water bill. Finding none, he did a complete review and assessment of the conditions of all water outlets in the house. I have been with Real Plumbers for 32 years and my first plumbing emergency resulted from a Water company faulty pipe line.. Dave Warner the pluming company manager personally took that call and advised on an open class action remedy, saving me much money. This has been my experience with Real Plumbers over 32 years experience. Always professional with a personal touch.

My experience with some of the staff in the office was very professional but the employee was talking with me in a very caring manner.
She could tell that I was anxious in a negative way, thinking I was not receive service until the following day. (Saturday)Water heater was not working. Staff member in the office talked with me in a calm manner and assured me I would receive service the same day. She was so caring.

Warner had no problem assessing and diagnosing the problem at hand. The technician, Kevin, is very knowledgeable and appears to have the experience to tackle any issue. I was aware that my boiler needed to be replaced but wanted to have it repaired if possible. Due to it's age, I was informed that repairing and cleaning the unit wasn't the best decision to make.

The cost of the initial visit and diagnostic is a little on the steep end. Though I do want to utilize it towards the boiler replacement, but even the quote for that is a bit higher than expected (nearly just as high as the larger companies that are known for their high quotes).

If I do end up proceeding with the work, I will be sure to follow up with another review.

I had been experiencing a problem with the flow of gas to my house, apparently as the result of ice having formed in the gas meter. Mr. Warner came promptly, examined the gas flow at our appliances, and concluded that the gas was at that point flowing adequately. He recommended leaving the meter alone, since it then appeared to be working OK. He seemed to me to be extremely knowledgeable, and I appreciated that he didn't want to work that would likely not provide any improvement.

Our rental property recently had a plumbing emergency in which multiple pipes had frozen on an extremely cold day. Dave responded quickly and got the water running again. Dave also followed up to fix an issue with a shower fixture. We and our tenant are all grateful for Dave's excellent work!

The best Customer Service ever! Danielle, who runs the office calls to you to let you know the timing of your appointment and follows up immediately afterwards to review notes with you. Dave worked in incredibly difficult circumstances in a crawlspace under my home and called me from there to make sure I knew exactly what he was doing. In a world of automation and phone trees, it is fabulous to have customer service from two people who care about our community and their neighbors.

My hot water heater blew at the worst possible time. Around 40 degrees outside, basement flooded and Warner really came through. Arrived on site, diagnosed and gave me a great price on not only a new unit, but bringing my installation up to code for Maryland. Price was the best among every contractor I talked to, and they arrived the next morning and had me up and running within a few hours. Cannot recommend them enough.

Thank you Dave for converting my old oil heat and ac system to a new electric heat pump. Very clean work. Danielle was very helpful with setting up appt. times, scheduling the work, and processing manufacture warrenty documents for the customer. It was a pleasure doing business with you and will recommend you for others hvac and plumbing needs.

I called TLC for a garbage disposal that was leaking. They handled it like pros. Garbage disposal replaced, they walked me through registering a warranty for the new one, and did it all quickly and thoroughly. I also asked them to take a look at a slow draining bathroom sink. While most places would have charged me to snake the drain, they expertly realized that all it needed was the stopper cleaned; I appreciate their honesty. A+, highly recommended!
