I came across Ross and his American Eagle Electric Company while looking for community recommendations. Ross was highly recommended, so I gave him a call. Ross responds quickly. Ross and his team are very dependable and the work done is top-notch. I am very pleased with the work done and will call on American Eagle Electric Company’s services in the future. Ross is also excellent in his communication. I highly recommend American Eagle Electric Company.

We had a vent fan and light installed in the bathroom along with a few more small jobs. Ed and Ross did great work. Would recommend!

Definitely recommend AEECO. They’re responsive, professional, care about safety and take pride in their work. Their prices are good. You can see a break down of labor, materials and fees on their invoice- transparency which I appreciate. They also include pictures (a few of which I attached) documenting how the work was done which helps if there are any issues later on (but I doubt there would be). They troubleshooted the fan’s remote transmitter and discovered it was not sending power. They take service to that extra mile- painting a piece of trim for me on a very high ceiling. Work completed: Changed a 13+/ft high ceiling fan, running new wiring from electrical panel to air handler for HVAC, fixed a Ring camera transformer

I called and left a message for Ross at 1:50 pm, he called me back at 3:10pm. After explaining what had happened, he asked me to send a picture of the breaker box, and instructed me to turn the breaker off and then back on, making sure I heard the click each time. And that is all it needed! I really appreciate Ross walking me through to make sure there was and issue that needed fixing. We will be calling on Ross again to fix some other issues we have.

Ross Payne, of American Eagle Electric CO. LLC, did an outstanding job of wiring up my new hot tub. The work required pulling new #6-gauge wire thru an existing conduit from the breaker panel to the hot tub (about 50 feet). As I watched the work being done I saw that not only did Ross know what he was doing, but he was doing things in the most efficient manner (saves time). Having done this type of work before, he made several very useful suggestions for hot tub positioning and how to care for the hot tub. They also did a great job cleaning up . . . it looked better than before! Another thing Ross does that I found very useful is that he takes pictures of the before and after for the work he performs so you end up with a pictorial record of the work completed. I would definitely use American Eagle Electric Co. again in the future and highly recommend them for any electric work you may need.

I can not say enough good words about AEECO. Ross came out to check on an issue we had with one of our main breakers. After some discussion we decided to go ahead and do the work. Instead of leaving and coming back at a later date he made the time to do the fix right at that moment. His price was fair and did not make me feel like I was taken advantage of like you do with so many other companies.

Ross walked me through being my own electrician for a silly error I made with a circuit breaker this morning. He was so kind and didn’t make me feel stupid for not realizing I hadn’t turned it all the way off before I turned it back on. Fixed my problem without even needing to come out! I will definitely be keeping him in mind for future, actual, electrical repairs I need.

Ross and his assistant were very professional and friendly at the same time. He takes pride in his work, turned a train wreck of the initial install done when the house was built and turned it into a thing of beauty, up to code and without making you have to take out a second mortgage. I was really impressed with this electrician’s honesty. They provided a free diagnostic over the phone, patiently walking me through the issue and explaining my options. I called and spoke to Ross on a Wednesday, concerned about a beeping smoke detector my husband and I could not find in our recently purchased home. He took the time to answer my questions and gave me suggestions on how to locate it. At the end of the phone call, he offered for me to call back if we were still having issues.

Come Friday, we are now on day 5 of listening to a smoke detector beep every 25 seconds. Yes, I counted. I called Ross in the morning and he reached back out to me later that day. Ross and his assistant Ed stopped by my house after their business hours (5:30pm) to try to locate this smoke detector before I lost my mind and started to tear down the walls. Funny enough, as they were pulling into the driveway. We finally found it.

After a walk of shame going outside to explain to them where we found it and a good laugh later, they headed out without asking for a service fee for stopping by and politely declining our offer to pay for their time.

This kind of business is not common in today’s time. We will definitely be using this company in any future electric work/repairs.

I am so pleased with these guys! I needed recessed lighting installed in our front room because we made it our dining area. These guys scheduled me in as quickly as they could, came out and did such a professional job and made our dining room absolutely beautiful. American Eagle did a great job on my landscaping lights and back deck outlet. The lighting adds so much character to the front of the house, and their work was very detail oriented. Ross took care in concealing and protecting the wires, with no wires/boxes visible on the outside of the house like we had previously. They were also meticulous in cleaning up after themselves before calling it a day. It was a quality and professional job all around. Highly recommended!
