I was beyond pleased with their services. This was the first time using them for mowing a very trimming services. They really took care to be thorough with the trimming, edging and cleanup. They’re prices were absolutely affordable. I wish I had called them sooner. I will definitely be using them again.

The crew who replaced the sidewalk did a great job. The deck was done by Edis and he did an awesome job. They were very professional. Great work and prices. Thank you Portillo Construction & Landscaping! Darlene K

Quality Work, Fair Price, Exceeded Schedule.

Jerson & his team were easy to work with, very responsive, and the final product exceeded our expectations! Jerson also laid down mulch (at no extra charge) because he wanted to project to look complete.

I would recommend them, and will use them again for any concrete work

Greedy landlords, DO NOT RENT from them. During covid they DO NOT work with thier tenants, they will send late fees, they will NOT work with you. Then they threaten you with emails trying to exploit any past issues you had in life, not related to them or being thier tenant. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Norino is AWFUL! Was a tenant at 10 Warren Rd. in Cockeysville, MD. Build out workmanship is pathetic. Cheapskate landlord John Zorzit will do anything to bend you over a barrel and get $$ from you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!

I'll give Mr Zorzit 3 stars. Only because I believe that anyone that has a trade under their belt can really get somewhere with him. Unfortunately I was just a laborer under norino. I did a little of everything, he also gave me an extra check to have fun on the boardwalk at Rehoboth Beach and fix a roof on a beach front home. He gave me a free apt and free wifi. He gave me a company truck and had me haul mulch, lawn mower, and wood. I drove box trucks and delivered arcade games to bars He owned. I also repaired pool tables and sealed buildings as well as painting them. Bad thing is my hours got cut back to where I had to quit. I only got hourly paym everyone with a trade gets salary. He even hires accountants, electricians, plumbers, and Contractors. He can even give u a job at his shopping mall in Florida.

I’ve had the worse experience in my life after agreeing to my attorney Shawn Harby to hire John Zorzit from Norino Properties to sell my home. Norino Properties cost me $80,000 saying they had the house sold for $290,000 with a small mortgage owed in which I was to receive $80,000 profit I agreed along with my now known to be a very incompetent attorney Shawn Harby to sell my property .I was told the buyer had a VA loan and was set to go but within a month I was told someone taking care of the business at hand had a heart attack and that’s when all went to hell. I would have expected someone would have replaced that person instead they lost the sale. At the beginning My home was immediately put on the market and the photos were awlful . There were clothes everywhere throughout the home and they took the pictures anyhow. After the unknown reason of the “heart attack” Norino Properties and my attorney agreed on reducing the price of my home by $5,000 every week until the house finally sold for $200,000. I wound up with $20,000 after paying my attorney and realtor therefore I suggest anyone looking for a good attorney or a good realtor Do Not hire Norino Property’s in parkville and stay away from Shawn Harby located on Conklin st the attorney who cost me $80,000. Thank you

Norino bailed me out so many times. I had an old faucet with chewed up washers and no faucet identification. The plumber went to ACE Hardware twice looking for the right part and was able to find it and fix the faucet. Another time my sewer line developed a leak right before I was moving away! That was stressful but they came through. They always came within a day and their rates are unbelievably low. I recently moved to Washington State and really, really miss Norino after my first plumbing experience here.
