Our technician was on time and did a great job on my stained carpet. I would definitely use them again.

No call no show for my appointment. Left voice mail at the office and it was not returned either. Called again next day and they said sorry but were unable to fit me in for another appointment without me having to wait a few days. Unacceptable. Corporate no help the just say each location is independently owned. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Stay away

We've been using Chem-Dry for years now. We always request Jeremy as he know our home and pets. So he knows what we need when we need it. On time. Very friendly. Goes above and beyond to work on stains.

My daughter laid all over my cream colored couch (brand new!) with a gross bloody incision with neosporin (greasy) leg. I tried everything to get it out (which I think actually made it set more into the fabric!

Chem dry came out twice- took two trips bc i underestimated that there was also blood in the stain too

But ultimately it’s back to near perfect condition! I consider it a miracle

I was more than pleased with the cleaning I had done to my separated sectional in my living room! It is beige colored, and had built up lots of noticeable dirt, pet hair, stains, etc. I thought I would never see it's original color again. I will give them another call when it is time for my carpets to be cleaned!
