The technician came highly recommended by my rental agent, having done ducted AC work at other properties, and did not disappoint. The initial inspection was very thorough, including the roof space. The work was carried out efficiently, and the patching around the replacement control unit (which was smaller than the original) was done well. The AC was tested at the end on high power. It was a completely stress-free experience.

Appointments take wayy too long and they didnt even get back at the next day

AC went out on a Friday night. Called several places and No one could come out for days. Including the company that installed it 2 yrs ago. Explained our (medical) situation. AAA came out within a hour and a half. And they didn't charge us an arm and a leg. Highly Recommend!!

AAA Air Conditioning & Heating did an amazing job putting in my parents new furnace and hot water heater they are very professional and made sure they cleaned up before leaving. We are very great-full for the gentlemen for putting in a new furnace and hot water heater if anyone needs a recommendation for heating and air conditioning I would tell them to call AAA Air Conditioning & Heating.

I had AAA put in my furnace and water heater in 2015. Wednesday, 5/24/2023 my water heater starting leaking. Called and they said the couldn’t come out until Thursday June 1. Thursday came and no show and no call. I called them over and over leaving messages. No call from them. Friday no call, nothing. They were going to charge me $1,000( just labor). Called Home Depot. Home Depot is coming Monday and charging $800. This was very rude and put me out with a leaking water heater for a week and a no show no call. I would say not dependable.

I see why E'd's company has such great reviews. I used him to charge my ac unit. I called in the morning and he arrived in the evening as he said he would even called to say im on my way..
