Hired Dave late September to build a 36 ft garage extension, permits issued November, work began a week later and final passed January 5th! He was right on it! Accommodated any requests/inputs I had. Excellent to work with! His concrete/ framing/ roofers/ electrical/ siding/ gutter subs were excellent. Did it for a fair price and there was no “nickel and diming”. Would definitely hire again and refer. (Only minor negative comment is that his window/door installer needed some OJT but that got worked out to my satisfaction.)
