I am totally satisfied with the work that was done in my home today and specifically with the installation of a charger for my EV. The work was done flawlessly because of the expertise of Chris who headed the team. Charles, who assisted Chris, was also very professional and very detailed as was Chris. They were very pleasant and I must congratulate them for their interpersonal skills. Prior to the work, they explained to me what would need to be done, and when the work was completed, they showed me what they did, how to operate the equipment and what to look for as well. I want to thank them for their outstanding work.

Here is more technical info: I had no power in my kitchen for a while. Steve troubleshoot all electrical outlet in the kitchen to find the lost neutral and reversed outlet that was not installed correctly. Also part of the living room didn’t have electricity. Steve troubleshoot it to find a lost neutral in the living room too. He also took the time to replace all outlets as per my request to comply with PG County regulations.

Electrician (Ryan) was thorough and communicated well throughout the job. Showed excellent electrical knowledge and depth of experience — definitely knew what he was doing — while at the same time showing great customer service skills. Was approachable and informative throughout our lighting installation job. Couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely keep Able Electric in mind for future electrical projects.

My experience with Able Electrical was wonderful. We had an outlet in our kitchen that started sparking and smoking after using an appliance in another outlet. I called Able Electrical and they were able to fit me in the same day. Our tech was Kyle. He was pleasant and quick. He explained the issue, showed us the burnt out electric socket that had clearly burned out and caught fire and also explained which outlets shared circuits and gave recommendations on how to prevent circuit overload. I am actually having a c-section tomorrow so getting this fixed so swiftly was very much appreciated. We have some other elective electrical work we’d like done and would definitely use Able Electrical again. Thank you.

Steve Mayersky came out quickly and on time. He expertly identified the problem and had our breaker/hot tub situation taken care of and fixed. He made sure everything was running properly and reinstalled everything to spec. I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received from Steve and Able Electrical Services. They are my new go to electric services provider. Make sure you ask for Steve when requesting service, he is the best!

We are very satisfied with the work done by Able Electrical Services. Their responses to our request is very timely, their job description is very detailed, and their cost estimation is very competitive. The installation was scheduled in less than a week after getting the permit. The electrician, Steve, did an amazing job to finish the installation.

Had a very good experience with Able Electric. Ryan was wonderful. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly went to work and determined the problem and solutions to our electrical issues. The inspection of the breaker panel went much better than I expected. Ryan Drager quickly identified the problem with the breaker being one phase was not working. He fully explained to me what was wrong and what needed to be done to remedy the issue. He made sure our furnace/hot water heater were both working and some other circuit breakers were made to give us as much operable power in the home as possible while maintaining a satisfactory level of safety. We discussed upgrading our current 100 amp service to 200 amps and he fully explained what needed to be done to achieve that goal and realistically how long the upgrade will take. It is refreshing to experience a competent professional like Ryan Drager. I have no trepidations concerning the upgrade and would recommend Able Electronics and Ryan Drager to any friends/family.

Our electrician, Steve, was GREAT! He was very clean cut, friendly, nice to my Mom, cleaned up after himself, got the job done quickly, and answered all our questions. I will definitely be calling Able Electrical again and will ask for Steve!

Kyle from Able Electric was exceedingly kind, knowledgeable and thorough. He installed a Level 2 car charger at my home and explained his process throughout, communicating often and completed the job in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Able Electric is one of the best electricians you can hire. I hired them to install a transfer switch so my generator could power my electrical panel.
Doug and his team bent over backwards to make sure they could do the work before the big snow/ice storm we got in late January 2026.
One his best guys, Tyler, came out and performed the work. He did a great job with the work and took the time to walk me through operating the unit and we ran a test on the generator.
The price was very fair and reasonable. Especially ially for a last minute call. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Able Electric for your electrical needs. They are top notch!!
