General Contractor reviews in Pasadena, Maryland

We had an excellent experience with Mayorga Landscaping! They did an amazing job refreshing the floral arrangement under our signage it looks vibrant, clean, and perfectly suited for the season.

Their spring cleanup of the common area was just as impressive, with thorough leaf removal and fresh tree mulching that really brought everything back to life. The entire space feels renewed and well cared for.

What stood out most was their professionalism and clear communication, especially when coordinating logistics like parking. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently.

Highly recommend Mayorga Landscaping for anyone looking for quality work and a dependable team!

Walter and his crew always do a good job. Would highly recommend if you need lawn care.

Mayorga Landscaping stepped up to the plate when my former lawn care specialist stopped returning my calls and left me with a big mess of a yard. Walter and his team knocked it out of the park and continue to provide excellent service for my lawn care needs year round.

Thank You!! If I could leave a 10 star review i would!! Everything was perfect from my first meeting to the job completed and BEAUTIFUL!! 😍 Highly recommended!!

Walter and his team have kept my 1/2 acre yard beautifully landscaped for the last few years. They are professional, friendly and efficient.
I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Walter on tree cutting, hardscaping and maintaining the lawn and ornamentals.

Walter is one of those rare business owners who takes pride in their work. He is always responsive and never does anything less than knock it out of the park. I’ve used him for the last four years, doing lawn renovations, creating new beds, mulch chain, mowing, and even fall leaf cleanup.

If you’re looking for someone to do landscaping work… look no further! Walter is the man and his team is great!

I would absolutely recommend Mark and his team. They were professional, communicated well, and showed up every day until the job was done. We love our new bathroom!!

Hutchinson construction is the best builder in the state as far as i'm concerned. Look no further if you're looking for a beautiful new custom home, addition, kitchen or bath work.

Hutchinson Construction did a wonderful job remodeling our kitchen. The workers were very meticulous from the cabinet install to the painstaking backsplash. Those guys did fantastic work for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Totally replaced my basement stairs. It was not a simple fix due to space constraints. The job also included replacing a non standard door. There were a lot of challenges to this job. I interviewed many people before finally entrusting to Hutchinson Construction. The quality and expertise far exceeded my expectations and I am very happy and satisfied with their work.

Great work! Great experience! Very reasonable pricing. We had windows, gutters and siding completed. Changed entire look of house! I will hire them again if needed!

nobody even called me back

East Coast Construction built a beautiful townhouse for us. I really liked the attention to detail he has in this undertaking.
Thank you,

This company does not answer the phone so you are forced to leave a message. Then no one returns your call. I then went into their office and was told someone would be out the next day. No one showed up. I went back to their office only to find it closed with a sign on the door to call and leave a message. Terrible service.

Recently they did some work for use referral from another company. We had water damage in basement. Insurance company job. We have poles and shelving down there on account it’s closet. Crew was pleasant and Terri was nice to talk with until job was complete.
I wrote on the Facebook page more in depth then I’m going to here.
To make it short work was not done properly and incomplete. Paint walls, floor and trim mean paint some and not paint some. Doors left off bid on account never looked at insurance companies copies to see what was covered. She said she been doing for years and dealing with insurance so you would think she would have remembered doors all stained up. Never even took shelving down in back room to paint top part of walls. Should have been 3 trim rings under sink in bath only 2 put on . They damaged floor in bathroom with something after they painted not fixed. Vanity was an ordeal but finally got that and they said that was a courtesy to get get something similar to what we already had in there. REALLY JUST TIRED OF GETTING SHORT END OF STICK..

Also they had just started a home so needed to get us done..... you know when u pay money for a job we just want to get what we paid for....

We could not be happier. Our project was a massive one. A complete waterfront knock down and rebuild. Not only was the constructions side of things extremely smooth and done with perfection and attention to detail, but Terri went above and beyond continuously to see to it that the project stayed on track. We are extremely pleased with the finished result and highly recommend using them.

Ms King came as scheduled on a Monday to provide an estimate for some drywall repair after water damage in our house. I emphasized to her that we had sold the house and that we were closing in a week and needed the estimate - and the repair work - as quickly as possible. She promised that I would have the estimate no later than the next day. Well, apparently Ms King went on holiday immediately after coming to our house and it appears that she had no intention of ever providing us with an estimate - it's been a week and there has been zero contact from this company, via phone, text, or email. I seriously recommend that you look elsewhere for your contracting needs.

This was the 2nd time using East Coast Contracting. They are very professional and do excellent work. Highly recommend them.
