Turf and Landscape Management has been managing my lawn for close to a decade. They also have done spring/fall mulch cleanup. My yard has looked amazing since hiring them.

Jeff & his team are amazing! I use them at our home for lawn treatments. They always show up, they are polite and professional.

The services were fine; even when the treatments did not work they were willing to come out and try again; however, the office management was poor; I called to have my CC run to pay my balance <1 month ago; today I received a call putting my account on hold due to failure to pay my balance; the woman I spoke to is the person who did not run my card correctly.
When I called to then "pay again" and cancel my account due to frustration; she said "people make mistakes" and hung up on me; instead of communicating and trying to make it right. Therefore, the customer service is not one in which I recommend anyone deals with, esp. when there are plenty of other companies out there who provide these services.

Your response is not correct; I was never contacted via phone or email; I actually called you all and told the person to run my card when I remember to do so after seeing the yard sign; the next call I got was 3-4 weeks later saying I did not pay my bill. Ultimately, instead of hanging up on a costumer, maybe apologize and take responsibility for the mistake. Again, the work was always great, however, the last exchange was unprofessional.

I can't say enough good things about Turf and Landscape Management.
They truly care about and take pride in your lawn and/or project, unlike the big chains who just care about the money. Absolutely love this company and their staff. They provide all sorts of services for us and I can't be happier. Thanks Turf and Landscape Management!

2 years in a row TLM has provided outstanding core aberration, seeding and top dressing. Great price and significantly more seed and top dressing than others I've used in the past. Must be high quality seed because I think everyone of them sprouted, very thick new looking lawn. They also do my mosquito control at a great price.

I’ve been using turf & landscape management for almost 6 years now ! They are great ! I do the flea tick and mosquito spray every 3 weeks ! Their customer service is wonderful too ! The other day I got home just as the gentleman was getting there and he told me I could go let the dogs out before he started which I though was very nice ! Would absolutely recommend.

We have used Turf & Landscape Management for routine lawn spraying, for spring cleanup, and for their aeration and over-seeding service. Our lawn has never looked better, they are very professional and easy to work with, and we can recommend their services highly.

Paid over $1000 for “summer clean up”. Some of my yard looked worse after. Half pruned shrubs, dead plants left behind, and some areas looking like they were run over. Emailed and was told the plants are at the end of their life cycle with no offer to fix. Would give 1 star but they did a good job restoring my patio.

Jeff and his team take care of both my home and office. I've had more compliments this year on my lawn saying its one of the best in the neighborhood. They keep my office looking nice with the mulch, flowers and trimming. I highly recommend them.

I have been using Turf and Landscape Management for a few years now. They have done an excellent job in making my grass weed free and very green and thick. This year we subscribed to their mosquito service and we have not seen a mosquito all summer. I highly recommend all of their services.

Turf and Landscape Management did a great job on mulching my lawn, overseeding, trimming my trees and fertilized an old tree that looks like a new treel. Ive used Turf and Landscape Management for over 15 years. They do quality work at a fair price and wont stop until you are 100% happy. If you need work done in your yard, think of no one else but them.

I find Turf and Landscape to be very responsive and dependable. They have us on a fertilizer/weed control program and after several years, our lawn looks the best ever. (They warned us it would take several years to bring it back). We also use them for yard cleanup and mulching. Although it isn't cheap to have these services, we do feel it is worthwhile.

I greatly appreciate the team at turf & landscape management. The office is extremely responsive, professional, and pleasant. My property contains a fair amount of lawn, garden beds, walkways, and pavers, and I’ve been happy with the lawn mowing, weeding, pruning, leaf removal, etc. done by the crew. Everyone I’ve met on the crew is friendly, hardworking, and skilled at what they’re doing. I’ve also used the company for grading jobs, tree planting, and a pathway addition. Jeff, the owner, has a great deal of experience, and it shows in the recommendations he makes and his ability to deliver on the projects. Turf & Landscape is a family business that cares about the customers and community it serves, and I’m grateful to have them taking care of my property.

We have used this company for lawn maintenance, fertilizing, weeding, pruning, aeration, reseeding, and garden installation for several years. We have been very pleased with their service. Our lawn has improved and the garden they installed exceeded my expectations, including replacement of any plants that didn't thrive. They come when expected and are courteous, efficient and responsive. I love seeing my property after their seeding and pruning is completed. Overall, an excellent trustworthy company.

This new program makes it easier for some people to pay on-line. Only thing it would of been appropriate for your company to let the customers know that this new program was starting and mailed invoices would be going away. I just received the invoice for February 2025 on March 27th. Thank your guys for always coming out and doing a great job on site. Mrs. Jones
