They claim to provide 24 hour service, but I called twice, talking with two different people and could never get a plumber to my house for a late night emergency in which we were left with no working toilets and no way to go to the bathroom

Thanks to Bob and Joe. No job too small. They took my small situation seriously and gave me a great price. During times like these, it makes a huge difference. Will certainly use them again!

Kelly Plumbing was wonderful to work with. They were very polite, took time to explain things to me, and squeezed me into there busy schedule last minute. I will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Within an hour of requesting emergency plumbing service, Kyle and Adam were at my door. After a couple hours of unclogging the house main drain pipe and repairing a toilet they had fixed my problems. All for a very reasonable price.

Kelly plumbing were at my house this week to work on a “to-do” list including: repairing toilets, installing a new vanity, sink and faucets, winterizing our outdoor faucets and a new shower head installation. The men were able to explain their process and made a few suggestions to create easier maintenance for us. They also found several unknown problems which they were able to quickly fix! They also left my home neat and tidy! Nice young men who answered my questions and were serious about their work!

A big thank you to KELLY PLUMBING SERVICES for their quick response and professional work replacing our well pump today. We called them yesterday , they got right back to us and were here 8:30 am this morning fixing the problem. Fair price, we couldn’t be happier. We noticed a humming noise when we turned on the sinks in our home the previous evening. The next morning we called Kelly Plumbing at 7:15 am to see about a service call. We got a call back by 7:45 and the plumber was on site at our home by 8:30. He was able to diagnose and have the repairs completed by 9:30. Great response time, reasonable pricing and excellent work. Will definitely call again whenever we need plumbing work.

Kelly Plumbing was fantastic. They walked me through a temporary fix until they could come out the next day to repair our leaking shower. Very reasonable and fair—the quality plumber you’re looking for!

Robert Kelly (Bob) came to my home to do installs of a gas line, water line for a refrigerator, fix a broken pipe in my kitchen, and change out my water pipes to code. He worked, non-stop, for many hours. He was kind and professional throughout his visit today. He has recently been to my house twice before, as I am currently remodeling my home, and each time I am more and more pleased at his work and work ethic. If you’re in need of plumbing services, and please know I never met Bob before these past three encounters, he/his company is the one to call.

I cannot speak highly enough about Kelly Plumbing Services, Inc. Our water heater caught fire and tripped our breaker around dinner. In less that 18 hours, Will Kelly came out and successfully removed our water heater and replaced it with a brand new one. See the before and after photos. Recently I've heard radio ads for a plumbing service advertising their expertise in installing tankless water heaters which do have a much more complex installation than conventional water heaters. I have no experience with that plumber but I did have Kelly Plumbing install a tankless water heater in my home about 3 years ago and wanted to say the job they did was excellent!!! The unit is mounted in the basement on a perimeter wall with venting and air intake locations placed according to spec (I looked everything up out of curiosity). The hose for condensate was routed through my basement as I have no sump pump. The interior gas line had to be routed to the unit.

My gas service did have to be upgraded which meant there was a gap in time between when the unit was installed and when it became operational. Kelly Plumbing coordinated permitting, BGE work, and ultimately turning things on and testing to make sure that all gas appliances in my house could operate simultaneously with the new water heater and the upgraded gas delivery flow.

I'm so pleased with Kelly's efforts on this job and I recommend them 1000%. They've done a wide variety of work here and have been fair and excellent every single time. Our relationship goes back a over 10 years.

About the tankless hot water heater - LOVE it. The savings were immediate meaning the lessening of inputting CO2 into the atmosphere was immediate. While this type of hot water heater was at the time double the cost of conventional, with proper maintenance which isn't difficult or often, the unit can easily have double the life of what most people have. I highly recommend tankless and highly recommend Kelly Plumbing.

Needed my gas water heater replaced as well as a drain pipe fixed. The Other guys gave me an over the top price. Definitely trying to get all the money they could get from me.

Kellys gave me a great price. They came the same week to replace the water heater and fix the drain pipe. All the guys, Kyle, Griff and the others (Sorry I'm terrible with remembering names) showed up on time. They were great to interact with. As well as keeping the area in which they were working contained and cleaned up afterward. Will definitely recommend these guys to everyone.
Kellys is my go to plumber from now on.
