Worked so hard to clean our dryer vent that had been sorely neglected by previous owners: the guys removed mounds of lint, 6 socks (not ours) and repaired the hose attachment. 4 Seasons came out to clean the ducts of our 1968 built home. The tech did an inspection of all the ducts and furnace and gave recommendations. The price seemed fair and he did a good job of keeping the mess kicked up from the cleaning contained.

I contacted the company to clean my dryer vent. The gentleman that came performed the job however there was some concern with his work ethic and attitude. When he left, I was not completely satisfied and so I contacted the owner/manager (Ken) who was absolutely responsive and an immediate problem solver. He truly cared and validated my concerns without brushing me off. He had another gentleman, Roy, come the same day to resolve the issue from the prior days work. Roy provided great service.

Though there was a hiccup with the initial service, I still provide 5 stars since the follow up and responsiveness to my concerns speaks volumes of the character and reputation they want in the community.

The quality and value were extremely good with very competitive pricing. They came in with a huge pressure vacuum and took all the debris out of my vents that haven’t been cleaned in 20+ years. Other companies I’ve worked with can’t compare, as they would come in with tiny shop vacs. You can tell 4 seasons is the real deal with the equipment, expertise, and professionalism they bring.

The did a great job of cleaning the duct work but they ruined 1 of my K&N home air filter. Also, they left a horrible mess in the basement. I should have checked before they left so they could have cleaned it, shame on me.

This was my first time using this company. Ken explained everything in detail on Wednesday when he came to give the estimate to clean the Ducts. On Thursday, Ken and his assistant were very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company.

Pleasant, on time, did an amazing job cleaning dryer vent and clean up. I couldn't believe there was a bird nest plus an enormous amount of lint build. This could of potentially lead to a house fire. Without hesitation they are my go to team for all house duct and dryer vent services.
