If you are looking for a reliable and reputable company I would not recommend this company. We have had a leak in our professional office for around 2 months now. This company has no called, no showed 6 separate times. If you are looking for a company to actually complete the service I would not recommend this company, but if you’re looking for someone to waste your time and not fix your solution, he is just the guy for you!!

Moshe, has maintained my personal property and fixed all my plumbing issues. I use Maximum Plumbing for my personal and commercial properties and I would not hire anyone else. Best in price and service.

Regarding our one negative review, we were never contacted by any customer of the above problem. We take these matters very seriously and pride ourselves on our professionalism. This review seems suspicious, because our technicians introduce themselves to our customers by their first name, and there are no "sons" left in the business as this is our 83rd year of operation.

We had a leaky faucet for a month. We called another plumber originally. That plumber came out and found nothing wrong. There was in fact something wrong with our sink. My grandmother has used Frank Klein Plumbing in the past and recommended them to us, so we called them. They came out the next day, on time and fixed the problem! We will defiantly be using them for when our HVAC/Furnace dies since it's 18 years old! I recommend them and the two men that came over were knowledgeable and nice. The prices are reasonable too. I'm so happy to have a working kitchen sink!

We were very happy in our experience with this company. They installed, over the course of time, three different HVAC systems in our house. We had issues previously with inequitable distribution of air in our house. Some rooms were noticeably cooler than others. This company was able to install a damper system to help us with that problem as well. Overall, we are very happy with their service. They are responsive and install good products. They do good work.

I've used FJ Klein & Sons for a number of substantial jobs. Their prices are fair, they always do an outstanding job, and are efficient and responsive. I'll be happy to use them again in the future.

Very impressed with Frank J Klein & Sons from start to finish. Technicians were prompt, friendly, communicated well and most importantly they were thorough. It was clear that taking their time to do quality work and answer our questions was a priority. Will definitely use them again in the future.

While I haven't used them yet for plumbing services, I wanted to write a glowing review for their customer service:
1. Someone answered the phone when I called this morning. I called other plumbers who were supposed to be open but didn't answer.
2. They were kind and personable.
3. They took the time to suggest a cheaper way I may be able to fix the problem on my own.
4. They have a flat rate for services. They explained to me exactly what they would do if they had to come out and how much they would charge for that service regardless of the time it took to complete. It was the first time I'd ever heard, "That service is listed on page 36. It will be $XX and this is what will be included. . ."

This is the kind of service that ensures I WILL be using this company when we need a plumber. Fingers crossed we won't today.

I am hesitant to leave a review so far past the day of repair, but here goes. I had someone come out to fix a dripping shower head and repair a bathroom sink that would not supply water, at the end of august. When the gentleman was reattaching the shower knob that turns the water on and off, there was a part that cracked upon him tightening the screw and the knob no longer worked. He told me that it wasn’t his responsibility to fix it and to just call Moen and have the part sent to me so that I could repair it myself, because it was an “easy fix.” He still charged me nearly $400 for the job. It never sat right with me, which is why I decided to leave this review. We never ended up getting the part and our shower has been out of commission since.

I've had FJK out a few times now for some plumbing issues. My most recent problem was with an overflowing toilet and a shower with a mind of its own when it comes to temperature modulation. Matt B was my tech and he hit it out of the park! He was kind, knowledgeable, professional and took his time explaining the various issues, giving me rough pricing along the way. It was a great experience!
