A & A Tree Experts

We had a great experience with A&A Tree Experts. We had postponed dealing with an old diseased beech tree. Shauna came out and assessed our tree AND walked the property to examine other beech trees - looking for beech leaf disease (one of our two other beeches is infected.) We hired A&A to take down our beech based on their competitive proposal and Shauna’s interest in the health of our other trees. This was a tricky project because the tree was too diseased to support a person so all the limb dismemberment had to be done in a bucket truck using ropes to navigate around the road, utility lines and nearby trees. Shauna and her team showed up on time and within 5 hours had this old lady reduced to her core (a snag for wildlife) standing in a cleared site. Her small branches were chipped, her big branches were stacked for the landscaper’s wood cookie patio, and her upper trunk pieces were loaded in a truck. While we don’t want to lose any more of our woodland trees, we’ll certainly hire A&A next summer to treat our other beech and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Addendum 9 mos later: Kaity from A&A returned to look at our other Beech that needs infusion treatment for Beach Leaf Disease and walked our property to make sure we didn't have any other trees that are infected. Sadly we discovered one large and 7 more small infected trees. A&A will treat the second giant, and returned yesterday to take down the 7 small trees as we concluded repeated treatment with spray was cost prohibitive. Kaity was as friendly and competent as Shauna, and both women are respected managers of their big crews of courteous professionals. We love these guys. They care about trees, seem fair priced, and are easy to work with.
