Constraction reviews in Poolesville, Maryland

Joe was consistently nice, professional, and friendly during the whole project. I’m very satisfied with the quality of his work and will definitely recommend him to others.

Joel is an absolute pleasure to work with. He was professional, priced fairly, and clearly communicated with me the entire time. We had a tight deadline of 2 days and he managed to knock it out for us in that time. He was prompt when he came for the estimate and worked with us to make sure the final material and costs worked for our budget. We will definitely be using him for our other needs in the near future.

We’ve done two projects with Gold Potomac and have been extremely pleased with each one. They are really easy to work with and reliable - I’d highly recommend. We will use them again for future projects.

Had a concrete pad installed and gotta say that I’m very satisfied. Very easy to communicate with and very professional. They made quick work with the project and I can’t wait to use the pad. They sent pictures of the progress and cleaned up and were respectful of mine and my neighbors yard. Make sure to check them out for your next project.

We had area under our deck finished with new drainage and rocks. Work was done quickly and at a fair price. I will definitely use them again!

GPP did a great job on my deck! My second time hiring them and pleased each time.

I found Joel and his team on Facebook Marketplace where it is really hit or miss with contractors but these guys were definitely a HIT! I have high expectations and they met them with excellent communication, professionalism and work product. They built me a deck that is beautiful and will last for many years! Do not hesitate to hire these guys for your next project, I highly recommend them and am using them for several of my other projects so first come first served!

I love my new Trex deck. Compared to the old wooden deck, there’s no maintenance besides cleaning it. They were able to resurface my existing deck and add a step down to a lower level 20 x 18 additional deck, giving me multiple entertaining areas. Couldn’t be happier.
Thanks Joe

They came out in miserable weather to get the measurements to do my paver patio , if my project has the same attention as the planning and taking of the measurements I will be happy. So far so good. Finally they did a beautiful patio thanks Gold Potomac 100% recommend

Super easy and well planned out process. They clearly know what they are doing. Gold Potomac came out; I told them my idea, of what i was looking for. Joe said can do. More importantly, he said he wanted to EARN my business. He and his crew did. All i had to do was snap a few pics for my HOA. Deck Envy did the rest. Permits, drawings, materials list, all of it. Definitely great experience, highly recommend.

I recently hired Joel to replace the windows in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, Joel was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented. He took the time to explain the process, helped me choose the best windows for my needs, and provided a fair and transparent quote.

The installation itself was seamless—Joel and his team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless. The new windows look fantastic and have already made a noticeable difference in my home’s energy efficiency and overall comfort.

What truly sets Joel apart is his dedication to customer satisfaction. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and his communication throughout the project was excellent. I highly recommend Joel to anyone in Frederick, Maryland, looking for a reliable and skilled contractor for window replacement or any home improvement project.

Thank you, Joel, for your outstanding work! I’ll definitely be calling you for future projects.

Gold Potomac Construction Inc, led by Joel, did an excellent job repairing our fence. Our old fence was falling down, and they expertly installed 14 new posts and completed a gate repair. The entire process was smooth, thanks to their team's conscientious and careful approach, from providing the estimate to finishing the work. We're extremely pleased with how sturdy our fence is now and wholeheartedly recommend them for any fence, deck or patio needs.

Thrilled to share my experience with Gold Potomac

The team was punctual, efficient, and left the worksite spotless every day. The quality of their craftsmanship is evident in the beautifully laid pavers, which have transformed my outdoor space into a stunning and functional area. I was particularly impressed with Joel's communication throughout the project, keeping me informed at every step and ensuring that my expectations were not only met but exceeded.

The finished deck is stunning—sturdy, level, and beautifully finished with composite boards and a sleek railing. It has completely transformed our outdoor space. If you're looking for a reliable, skilled, and courteous construction company for a deck project, I highly recommend Gold Potomac Construction Inc. They deliver on every promise and take real pride in their work.

Gold Potomac Construction did a fantastic professional job in transforming my 20 year old rotting wood deck to one with Trex flooring and metal railings. It was completed in only 10 days and that included unexpected issues like three days of rain and an incorrect delivery of materials. Joel is a great person to work with, explaining what is being done and is able to suggest improvements on an initial idea. If you are thinking of building or redoing a deck, don’t hesitate to ask Joel for an estimate. He will also give you a very fair price. I highly recommend his work.

Writing this review after 2+ years of remodeled. The new deck gives out stunning look. Just change different direction of stairway and it saved lots of space. Joel and his dad did a really good job, in professional way. I’m a picky person, I pay attention to small details and they didn’t disappoint me. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough good thinking about Clemens Contracting! Kasey and crew were excellent. The process from quote to installation was quick and seamless. They communicated the whole way and really went the extra mile with all the details. Our deck and tile were in terrible shape and they gave the bathroom and backyard a whole facelift!!! I highly recommend for any of your projects!

Bathroom remodel turned out better than I could have ever imagined!!! Thank you Kasey
