Constraction reviews in Potomac, Maryland

We used Removatioms by Sanj after purchasing our home in Potomac and could not be happier with his work. Everything was completed to our satisfaction and beyond. The best thing is that Sanj makes himself very accessible during the process and is there to answer any questions right away. We would 100% use Sanj for future projects as our kitchen and bathroom remodels came out beautifully.

It was a pleasure working with Renovations by Sanj on various remodeling projects. He is a consummate professional that stands by his work and offers personalized service unlike other contractors that I've engaged in the past. His team is always on time and consistently complete projects within budget, which is a rare combination in the industry. I will definitely be using Sanj for additional projects & properties in the future.

Recently, we used RENOVATIONS by SANJ to do the following jobs on our property.
1. Refinishing the hardwood floors. 2. Installing new tiles in the kitchen, and 3. Install the French drain.
RENOVATIONS by SANJ and his crew did a fantastic job. They were on time; they finished their jobs on time. We have been very pleased with their work.

Renovations by Sanj did a demo & redo on 2 bathrooms. They did a fantastic job! I was quoted almost twice as much and twice as long by other contractors. Sanj & his team was very professional, always easy to reach and get updates, and helped with choosing the right parts for the right cost. Also, inevitably, little things always need follow up and his guys did a great job of doing these after the fact at no extra cost! Would fully recommend and reuse.

Renovations by Sanj did a complete remodel of my home and did a wonderful job. Went from an old 1960s home to a brand new completely modern home. Love the design and attention to detail he provided. Neighbors and friends cannot stop talking about the beautiful home we now have thanks to Sanj and team. Would definitely recommend him for your next home build or remodel!!!!

We hired Sanjit and his team to paint our whole house, take care of wood rot, plumbing, and to add a backsplash. His team did a great job and Sanjit is very attentive, responsive, and even agreed to do touch ups when we move our furniture in. I would absolutely recommend Sanjit and plan to use his services when we are ready to do more renovations and work on our home!

Sanj and his crew did an incredible job on our home. It needed significant updates, as well as modifications for accessibility. Sanj not only did what we asked affordably, but noticed additional things that would make our house more accessible, for example by leveling the entry to the bathroom. He kept us updated on their progress each day and answered all of our many many questions. All of the finish details are beautifully done - i highly recommend working with Sanj!

Renovations by Sanj did a demolition and replacement of our badly cracked ceramic floor. Sanj suggested luxury vinyl tile as a cost-effective replacement, and we are thrilled with the new stone-look flooring in our kitchen and foyer. He brought in skilled teams for each phase of the work, began and finished on schedule we agreed to, and was completely transparent on pricing for labor and materials. His team also replaced water-damaged woodwork around our refrigerator, matching custom cabinets perfectly. Sanj was great to work with! We are happy to recommend his services and hope to use him for future projects.

Sanj and his team were great to work with and did a fantastic job. Always responsive and very professional. Highly recommend!!

We are thrilled with the work completed by Renovations by Sanj! He and his team converted a half bath to a beautiful full bath on our first floor and transformed a large screened-in-porch to an all-season room, adding great space and function to our home. Throughout the process Sanjit had creative ideas and cost-effective approaches to enhance our living areas. All work was of excellent quality, completed on time, within budget. He and his team were extremely professional, courteous, and competent. We were so pleased that we have contracted with him to renovate four bathrooms and the entire basement. We are excited to continue our work with Renovations by Sanjit!

We had the pleasure of hiring Renovations by Sanj and they were incredible. The work they performed was professional and elegant. We will be using them to do many more remodels.

Sanj was knowledgeable, friendly, 'got us' and our goals for finishing the basement. He made excellent suggestions with thoughtful enhancements that didn't break the bank. Flexible and timely. Would hire again...recommend!!

We were so happy with Renovation by Sanj! They did an extensive remodel to get our home ready for sale. New floors, Bathrooms replaced, fixed broken cabinets, carpeting, lighting, just about everything. The workmanship was top notch, the workman who worked in our home were always polite and friendly, they came in on budget and communication was excellent. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a home renovation.

Renovations by Sanj was every bit the professional & effective experience we had heard about in the community! We combined two adjacent closets into one (including tile work), moved the doorway & interior lights/switches, and changed a traditional swinging door to a barn door -- all in the span of three days. From Sanjit himself, to the team lead Jesus and the rest of the crew involved, every part of our project was an inclusive and positive experience. Quick, efficient, clean & beautiful work, cannot recommend them enough!!

Highly recommended! Great work, excellent customer service and communication until the job is done and follow-up.

I could not recommend Sanj and his crew highly enough. We love our new bathrooms! After meeting with a (ridiculous) number of contractors, I decided on Sanj and am so happy I did. He is the consummate professional. Unlike other contractors that I’ve worked with, he always responds promptly, checks in daily, addresses any issues in a very timely manner, and follows through with the work done. He also thinks through the project and offers suggestions that are helpful and practical - without being pushy. He truly goes above and beyond to make the customer happy and has a kind attitude. He never came off as too busy for us or bothered by any request we made (despite how busy I know he is!). I will definitely go to Sanj for any future work that I need done, and have recommended him to all my friends and family. I just wish I had found him sooner! Thank you, Sanj!

We recently had our master bathroom completely remodeled by Sanj and his crew, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and attention to detail. The project included the installation of a curbless shower, floor-to-wall large-format tiles, and a stunning stand-alone bathtub—all executed flawlessly. The subcontractors that Sanj brought in were clearly very skilled at what they do. They kept the workspace tidy and were always willing to explain the process. We are beyond satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend Sanj to anyone looking for remodeling services, they truly transformed our vision into reality!

Sanj is a highly talented and reliable contractor. He managed several projects for us: painting, indoor and outdoor lighting, plumbing, and replacing a 120 foot long stone retaining wall (and sodding) in our back yard. The wall project turned out to be beautiful with custom selected stone and the addition of imaginative lighting on the wall and spotlights on the landscape.

Sanj is very helpful in design as well as managing. Moreover his team and subcontractors are all friendly, helpful, and efficient - and quickly clean up after completing their work. I recommend Sanj for any work you need well done on your property.

Renovations by Sanji and company was far better than I could have asked for. 5 stars would not be enough justice to describe the awesome professionalism and care from the beginning to the end of the remodel. The level of communication and preparation was concise and clear on the entire work process. The roof contractors and interior crew were very considerate and paid attention to keep the work areas neat and vacuumed up so there was little to handle after each working day here. Our possessions and furniture were moved and covered well during the interior and exterior work. I was happy to see they picked up any loose debris outside at the of their workday. Any of my friends or neighbors who stopped by were impressed with their work. The house came out great and we especially enjoy our new solar powered Velux skylights, the architectural roof shingles and the changes have made of home an envy of the neighborhood. We can’t express our gratitude enough. We’ve used these fine folks on several properties over the years and always amazed.

Excellent, efficient, and professional service. Sanj and his team did my guest bath smoothly from start to finish. I’ll be using them to upgrade the rest of my home as well!

Sanj and his team did a great job sorting out my plumbing issues and redoing my laundry! Great communication, and everything they touched was done professionally! I highly recommend renovations by Sanj!
