My experience with Scott and his guys could Not have been better!! I had 2 systems completely replaced (upstairs and down), which was a lot of work, but Scott's team replaced and finished in less than 2 days. And there was No mess! A big Thank You to Isaiah and Nick for keeping the inside of my house (floors, walls, staircase) protected and clean throughout. It was amazing! I would Definitely recommend S.F. Jones to anyone. Their price was more than fair, the work was done quickly and with care, and the team couldn't have been nicer or more polite. I would give them 6 Stars if that were possible!

Amazing experience with SF Jones Heating and Cooling, LLC. They arrived on time for both the initial inspection and the installation. They were professional, respectful of our property and there were NO surprises with pricing. The crew was great, they worked in 90+ degree heat to install our split system in one day, complete with 2 new digital thermostats. HIGHLY recommend this company. Will definitely us them again in the future.

I called on a Saturday evening when we were having a heat wave and Scott arrived and had my AC up and running by noon on Sunday. This company is the best hands down. They will always have my business.

They replaced my HVAC system with a new energy efficient one. It works great. They did the work within the timeframe that they gave me. They came out and did it before we got hit with +100 temperatures. The crew answered our questions, picked up after themselves, and the new system looks amazing! They will be my go to HVAC company for any future needs.

Excellent. A++++ for EVERYTHING. Where can I start.... I run a local power washing business and over the weekend I had experienced burner troubles beyond what I thought I was comfortable with myself. Monday was a holiday, and even so, I put my problem request in and got a response. Scott emailed me back within a few hours. I told him my situation, and that I've really been struggling to even find anyone willing to touch my burner (even just for tune-ups) let alone respond for that matter, and he said no problem, "I'll have someone out tomorrow." I really almost couldn't believe what I was hearing. As a small business owner myself, I know next day appointments aren't nearly guaranteed, and I was 100% expecting and okay with that. Honestly, I just hoping to have it done by the weekend to avoid too much down time commercially. Anyways, they gave me a time window for the next day, and the next morning, I got a call in that window saying they're still coming which was really cool. Tech got here, and got it running again, while also giving me pointers and answerring some questions to get a little more familiar with it for when I'm out on the job and have an issue. (which he didnt have to do) He even said they'd be able to do the tune-ups by just bringing it to their shop. I'm so happy I finally found excellent service, communication, and someone actually willing to touch my burner. Again, thanks Scott, and the SF Heating and Cooling family. You're lifesavers!

I would give them 20 Stars if it was possible. I called on a Friday evening. My a.c. went up. I called and the Owner Scotty came out. I was greatful he gave up time with his family and rushed over. He was honest told me my options. I went with a new hvac system. They came back in 2 days maybe it was 3.. whatever it was they were quick. Everyone who showed up that morning were professional. I will ways support this local business.

They are the best! We’ve had the systems replaced at our old house and my mom’s house and all repair done by them. The best of the best. Prompt, professional, friendly, fair prices. Can’t say enough.
