John and his helper were very knowledgeable and professional, they kept me informed about what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. I thought they were very honest and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs.

John did a great job for my elderly mother. He repaired/replaced the plumbing in one of her showers. He was kind, timely and reasonably priced. My mother had another plumber to look at the job and the price was considerably higher. Sadly, my mom has been taken advantage of due to being an older woman who lives alone. Not with John. I and she are very happy with the service and price he provided. We will use him again and will highly recommend.

Mr. Carl responds quickly, comes out quickly and clearly is an expert at what he does. He is prompt, honest and thorough. I had a hot water heater die on a late Sunday night and called J.B.C. on Monday morning. Mr. Carl was over to take a look prior to 10am and was back that same afternoon with the required parts to complete my install. I have a horrible basement with uncomfortable access but he dealt with that and got my hot water heater installed and going again on the same day that I called. I thought that his pricing was extremely fair and I had expected much higher. He seems to honestly just want to help and do a fantastic job and I doubt that he would personally settle for less than total customer satisfaction. I am extremely relieved and happy that I was able to find him and now have a plumber I can trust!
