Shawn did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing my HVAC unit. He quickly had the capacitor replaced and looked up some information on my unit. I highly recommend JC Warner!

Generally, the job was good. HOWEVER - I had water in the vents from my HVAC freezing. When they emptied the vents, about a gallon of water spilled on my carpet. It was left for me to clean up. For the price of repairs and experience, the fact they did not prepare a receptacle for the water or clean up with a wet/dry vac is a more than slightly frustrating and disappointing.

Having said that, the team is friendly, punctual and provided good communication.

Kimber was timely, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Wonderful service.

Visit was great. Was having standard 6th mtontb bi annual maintenance on my HVAC Unit, and a cleaning of my Dryer duct. Tanner was the technician that did the work. He was great. Thorough, informative, pleasant, and timely. When finished he did a good recap with me on what he did and how it went. I highly recommend JCWarner if you want great service. Have worked with them for several years now and all interactions from the office staff to the technicians has always been good.

Tanner and Chase did a fantastic job in inspecting our HVAC system. They made adjustments to the upstairs dampers and equalized the temperature between the first and 2nd floor loft plus added needed refrigerant. This is the best and most comfortable our home has felt since we purchased it in May 2022. We are spreading the word amongst our neighbors in the Four Seasons community. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of life improvements that Tanner and Chase have made. Well Done!!!😃

I had an issue with my house air conditioner not working when I turned it on over the weekend. On Monday morning I called J.C. Warner Heating & Cooling Monday morning to see if they would check it out. They sent a service tech named Shawn Sard over later that day!
He was excellent - courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to answer all my questions. He found the problem and fixed it that day. He took the time to make sure it worked correctly and operated quietly. I was impressed! His attention to detail was really impressive!
I happily give him 5-stars and would recommend J.C. Warner to anyone needing service.

Highly recommend using JC Warner for any of your HVAC needs!! Our HVAC stopped working in the summer, and JC Warner sent out Technician Kimber Salvas within a few hours of making the call. Not only was she professional and nice, she precisely explained what happened, how she fixed it, and how to prevent it from happening again. I will be using JC Warner for any of my HVAC needs moving forward.

We woke up to no AC this past Saturday. We had about 30 people coming over later for our daughter's birthday party, horrible timing. I called and left a message with the answering service before 8:30 am. I received a text/call just before 9:00 am that Wyatt, the technician, was on his way. Great service, very professional. Wyatt was here for about an hour and replaced a part that had failed on our outdoor unit, and also checked the unit within our crawlspace and gave us great recommendations. He was great, and I highly recommend this company. Very professional, and they use higher-end parts than most companies.

J C Warner was amazing! They were able to schedule me for a next-day, non-emergency consultation and offered the best pre-appointment service I’ve ever experienced. I received a text with a photo of the technician so I’d know exactly who was arriving and when. Tanner showed up on time and was incredibly professional. He spent several hours in my hot attic diagnosing my air compressor issue, and was able to fix it on-site for what I felt was a very fair and reasonable price. Thank you, Tanner and J C Warner! You’ve definitely earned a repeat customer.

My technician came after closing time on a very hot, humid day to do regular maintenance work on my hvac system!! Very thorough and knowledgeable. Best of all he wore paper booties each time he came back into my home. Highly recommend Tanner and company he represents!
