On request they were able to come early then the schedule date.

Would only contact me 10 minutes before arriving to my house with no appointment scheduled. Did not complete the job, despite me calling and letting him know the problem was still occurring. Was rude and unprofessional. If he tries to contact me again or shows up to my house, I will be pressing harassment or trespassing charges.

Arrived hours before I told them I would be there. I had to get a friend to let them in. I called and asked what the status was and honestly I could not understand him. I also mentioned that not only was the dishwasher not cleaning but that the computer panel was not working properly. He yelled and me and told me I was not a technician. Hmm. Don’t know if I need to be a technician to see that the panel was not working. I have never gotten any update to what he did or if I should expect him back. I do not want him back

Yussuf came out and confirmed the issue. He ordered the UI board for the dishwasher and came back to replace it the same day the part came in. He was quick, professional, and responsive. Happy to have our dishwasher back!

Yussuff was very professional. He came early for our appointment and fixed the problem within a hour of replacing the part.

Mr. Yussuff was able to help us with microwave issues we had with our warranty company. He did not have to repair our old microwave, but with his expertise he was able to get us a new microwave from our warranty co. which we desperately needed.
Also on a side note, he also helped us with a non-related microwave issue with our oven.
