Interviewed 3 painting companies and selected Scott Sheldon and sons. They weren't the least or most expensive, but Scott was knowledgeable and made a good impression and made his proposal competitive. We needed both interior and exterior work. Sam came with his team and they were neat and finished in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Painting Company – Beautiful, Professional Work!

I can’t say enough good things about this painting company. From the very beginning, the experience was smooth, professional, and honestly one of the best contractor experiences I’ve ever had. They showed up exactly when they said they would, walked me through the process, gave me a fair and detailed estimate, and got right to work with zero hassle.

The crew was polite, organized, and extremely detail-oriented. They took their time to prep everything properly — covering floors, furniture, and fixtures — and made sure every surface was cleaned and ready before painting. You can tell they really care about doing things the right way, not just rushing through the job.

The quality of their work is amazing. The lines are crisp and straight, the color coverage is perfect, and the finish looks smooth and even throughout the entire house. They repaired small wall imperfections before painting and even fixed a few minor issues they noticed without being asked. That kind of pride and professionalism really stands out.

What impressed me most was their communication and attitude. They kept me updated on progress every day, double-checked color choices, and asked for feedback along the way. When they finished, they did a complete walkthrough with me to make sure everything was spotless and perfect. They left the place cleaner than when they started — no paint drips, no dust, no mess anywhere.

Now that the job is done, my home looks absolutely beautiful. The colors are fresh and vibrant, and the entire space feels brand-new. Friends and neighbors have already complimented how great it looks, and I’ve happily told everyone which company did it.

I was extremely pleased with the with the entire process. The estimator, Paul Robinson, was courteous and professional. He answered all of my questions throughout the job and explained the process completely. My estimate was accurate and easy to understand. It was by far the most professional estimate i had and i had 4 others. The team arrive on time and prepared the spaces to be done efficiently and carefully. They were prompt every day and cleaned up at the days end. Any issues i had were taken care of as soon as i pointed them out. Jen Brown always returned my calls and Nancy coordinated the scheduling and paint purchase. I would highly recommend Sheldon and Sons for all of your painting needs

I was pleasd with my entire experience with Sheldon & Son's. They were able to quickly vist my home and provide an estimate. They came in hundreds of dollars under two other estimates I received and were able to complete the job in a very narrow time period. They did a fantastic job, I am wholly impressed.

Dealing with Sheldon & Sons Painting was a very pleasant experience. The office staff and project estimator were responsive and timely. Miguel and his team did a good job paining the interior of my home.

The team was under pretty serious time pressure, as they had to leave by a certain hour. They did a terrific job. Sheldon and Sons also sent a Design Industry Professional to assit in choosing colors and she was terrific! Thank you!

Working with Sheldon & Sons was a terrific experience. The estimator was extremely knowledgeable and we liked Sheldon & Sons best before we even received the estimate. The sent a color consultant to our house and that process was really amazing. We had our entire interior and exterior painted, and also had a good deal of drywall repair done. The crew was fantastic. They worked hard, were polite, friendly, and professional, and extremely skilled. If we ever need painting done again, we will use Sheldon & Sons. We highly recommend them without hesitation. The experience with Sheldon & Sons was middle of the road. The estimate was a fair price, and ultimately the work was fine, but there were challenges with scheduling and with actually completing the work. We were having ceilings and crown molding painted throughout the house. We only work from home two days a week, so we wanted work to at least begin on one of those two days so we could make sure everyone was on the same page for the work. This request caused a delay in scheduling and I had to follow up one or two times to get on their schedule after I had already paid my deposit. After day one, I had a couple concerns about the work being done, so I called the office to make sure day two would go smoothly since I would not be home to address the concerns directly. I was assured everything would be taken care of. Came home after day two and the issues had not been touched at all. I emailed immediately about this lack of follow through. It took a few days to get back on their calendar, and even getting that made me feel like I was more of a nuisance than a customer, because they again had problems with me wanting to have the work done while I was home. The day came for them to come back out, and somehow we fell off their schedule, so we had to wait yet another week for the completion of the project. This time the work is completed to my satisfaction, but I'm not likely to work with Sheldon & Sons again.
