McDowell Plumbing and heating

Outstanding service.

The best

Great person to hire for service.

They are prompt, thorough and fair

Great local family business! Recommend!

Great knowledgeable and friendly people with quick and efficient service at reasonable rates. Highly recommended.

Poor service, I made an appointment with them, and waited even 4 hours after with no one showing up, and no call. I still haven't heard from them back.

They just replaced the pressure tank. Fast Service!!! No problems and reasonable price.

Excellent work! Thank you for helping out with our house issues.

Came out and fixed well pump for reasonable price. Only had to go half day without water. Super fast and professional.

I Have used McDowell's for over 10 years across multiple houses in the North East area. I Highly recommend them for plumbing work.

The two gentleman that came and replaced my water heater in the cold where very polite would highly recommend them

Very friendly, reliable and fast service. Very affordable I will contact McDowell for all of my plumbing needs. I highly recommend.

I’ve worked with them on two jobs and found them to do really good work. I’d definitely recommend McDowell Plumbing.

Very dissatisfied. They did not itemize the time they spent doing the repairs, no estimate. Was charged for two plumbers and one couldn't even identify that the hot water heater was leaking and rusted out of the bottom(and told us it was ok) I would not recommend this company to anyone. Find another plumber.

If I could give no stars I would. I recently had McDowell plumbing do some very simple, minor plumbing repairs at my new home. Not only was I disappointed to find that both leaks were still present upon my reinspection, Mike McDowell came out and looked at his work and basically told me, well I tried to fix it (and charged accordingly, $150 for one hour) but now I think the outside hose bib (hydrant) is to old for repair and isn't even the correct one. WOW...

Unbelievable, why would he attempted to repair this to begin with if that was the case?? Totally unethical business practice. A repair industry standard that would have eliminated this whole issue is verifying the repair upon completion. Guess you have to take pride in your work for that to happen. Thats how I was raised anyway, your name is only as good as your work!! Wouldn't recommend them to plunge my toilet!!

Highly recommend mcdowells, I was in a pinch with getting air in my water lines. Mike came right out and had the problem figured out in less than 10 minutes. An hour later he was done and no more air in my lines. Thanks for the great service!!!

Dependable and Trustworthy. A good group of guys getting all of those plumbing/heating needs addressed the first time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for local good quality work in the area. Family owned and operated.

Had a TOUGH roto-root job on my main line. They are reliable, very efficient (Drew & Brad) and made SURE the job was done RIGHT! I rate them 5*****!!!
