Both determined that the tree had lost the majority of its weight from the back and was leaning dangerously towards the house. Pruning was not advised by either company, as the tree had lost a significant portion of its canopy.

Rigo and his team were extremely prompt responding to my request for an estimate, gave a fair price, and had the tree removed just one day after calling, which was perfect for me. His crew did an awesome job with the branch trimming and with the removing of the overgrown tree that was blocking the front view of our home. Met for estimate on Friday and we agreed on a great price. They came out Monday and completed job in one day. It was for the removal of 9 large trees and 4 smaller ones. Good , fast service, at a price that was better than all the “big” tree companies. Definitely recommend.

We typically do not give reviews but we feel that we need to give one on our recent tree removal service from Green Woods Tree Service/Rigo and team as it is well earned.

In the back of our house, we had a troubled and messy tree with tangling and woody vines in between the bamboos which needed to be removed. Our concern was that the tree would fall onto our house from high winds. Through referrals, we’ve talked to and received quotes from three different tree removal companies with Green Woods being the last one. We decided to work with Green Woods not only because of their great reputation, very competitive price, but also from speaking with and meeting Rigo when he came to our house for an assessment of the tree. Rigo was thorough examining the condition of the tree, its location, and explained to us our options. Not only that he was very nice and honest (not pushing to “sell” more services), he also was very professional. We could also tell that he is skilled. We knew that we could trust him with his service.

Rigo was very accommodating to our busy schedule. From start to finish, communications were excellent. The day before, he confirmed the time he and his team will be at our house. The morning of, he called to let us know they are on their way. They were prompt. Once arrived with their big trucks, they quickly set up their “serious “machineries and equipment. They laid down protections for our grass. They did an amazing job cutting down the tree and vines, removing the bamboos, and cleaning up the areas after. Their service exceeded our expectation. We were so pleased with it that we recommended them to our neighbors and colleagues.

We highly recommend them. They know their business and understand the importance of customer service. We will use Green Woods Tree Service again if we ever need to remove more trees.
