My place was a mess, and they did a great job. The first visit was an estimate. The first actual cleaning visit cost only a few hundred dollars, which was a bargain considering how much junk they had to remove. After that, you can decide on a schedule when they can come back.
We had a few minor misunderstandings about the schedule, but we worked it all out. I would continue to use them, but a coworker lost his job due to the recession and I let him stay here; he agreed to clean for me so that he doesn't have to pay me rent. Once the recession is over and he gets back on his feet, then I hope to hire them again.
