These gentlemen did an amazing transformation of my backyard that was hidden by junk, overrun with trees and bushes. They removed the debris, cut tree limbs and trees; turning my yard into an oasis I can enjoy once again. I highly recommend them and plan to use them again for a number of other projects in my home.

A piece of our backyard wooden fence was blown away by a storm. Within minutes of contacting this company, somebody was at my house to look at the damage. They fixed the fence in a truly expert fashion at a very decent price. I can recommend this company with enthusiasm.

No estimate given, tech was initially very friendly, then comes payment and its $300 for an hour at most of work, no parts fixed, just the belt tension reset. The problem was there was no estimate given of what it would cost. I'm open for a reasonable cost, but half the price of a new dryer, means replace the dryer. The tech then starts threatening me with collections and saying I a collection agent will be out next week knocking on my door. Its a scary way to do business with tech saying stuff like that to customers. Then the manager at the office says they are sending the police out to my house. This is a scary business, be warned.

In regards to the owners reply:
Never did I authorize the repairs or was given an estimate. The tech just slipped the belt on then started up and at first said that the heating element was bad. I told him that's strange, its brand new. The tech then switched to a different device and found that the heating element was in fact working. The fact stands that no estimate was ever given of the work to be done, leaving it up to the tech/owner to charge me any rate they wanted. I have never in all my years of working with contractors not been given an estimate. As for the the reviews, which you are calling out - they are honest, and that is what reviews are for, and in this case to avoid businesses that use thuggish tactics, including calling me out for giving reviews and sending the police out to my house, the tech threatening me with collections, and scaring my children with police arriving out the house in the owner's misguided "scare tactics". Also, we no longer have the dryer thanks to the belt being put on incorrectly leading to very loud squeaking and then a complete failure of the dryer.

Wonderful company. We needed two trees cut down in our backyard since they were rotten. Dean came out and gave an estimate and we moved forward with them. Not a single thing damaged during the tree cutting. Thank you for your hard work.

Technician showed up on time despite me being late, upfront pricing and even worked to haul the equipment as it was in the garage and not in the hallway as needed. Highly recommend for a smooth, stress free install.

Trusted Home Experts came out and did a superb job with replacing my carpet in my entire house. They were able to beat the rates quoted for Empire and Home Depot. Dean came out and surveyed the area and gave me all the best possible options that I could take in terms of replacing the carpet. His team also moves furniture as well, where most companies are hesitant in doing. I will definitely use Trusted Home Experts again!

I was quite satisfied with the service. When I called in the afternoon, a technician promptly wrote me a message and arrived at my place the following morning. He mended my washing machine, and despite the fact that it was a difficult problem, he persisted and discovered the solution. I would utilise them again without a doubt.

My washing machine was making a bleating (yes, like sheep) noise. Dean was quick to assess my issue and fix it right away. I will ask for him in the future.
