I called Robinson's at 5:30pm after our Air Conditioning failed. The people over the phone told me someone would be out that night. Unfortunately no one showed up. I called numerous times through out the night and was constantly told there was just 1 house ahead of me in line. In the morning, I talked to the manager who told me that the answering service is only supposed to take your information and provide you no details what so ever. Which means they should probably just have an answering machine rather than actual people on the line. I've found this businesses conduct, both with their emergency call line and their management team told unacceptable. I highly recommend everyone avoid using this company.
