I submitted a request for service under a home warranty and was expecting a terrible experience. Instead, United Air Temp got the referral and was batting .1000, providing excellent customer service and a great tech who diagnosed the problem (it wasn't easy or obvious). He had the AC running but to make it run at peak efficiency a part needed to be replaced. So he ordered the part. But he left the company so a different tech came to install the part. Now it's not working properly heading into a super hot and muggy week in Washington. When I called to ask them to send someone else they said I have to start over again with my warranty company because they closed the ticket after installing the part without waiting to make sure that the part actually worked. So now I have to get on the merry-go-round all over again, including paying the diagnostic fee and my warranty company wants to assign it to a different service company so now I have to waste time explaining everything and endure more strangers in my house...on top of wasting time with this review. I was so impressed with the original UNITED AIR TEMP tech that I bought a maintenance contract. Now, not so impressed, super disappointed and a bit angry.

Satisfied customer. I’m completely happy w/ my annual maintenance of my heating unit. Nicholas was professional and knowledgeable. He provided great service and even got me to purchase a lifetime filter for my unit. He also treated my Golden kindness. Thank you!
