Was looking for a plumber in Rockville to fix my water heater issue and they accommodated the issue very quickly!

These guys are great! They came out with short notice and did a 5 star job, right after a big storm. Definitely recommend

Very disappointing. We bought a Toto toilet, seat and lever in the store. A day later we received an email that the toilet was discontinued and the other items shipped. We returned the other items directly to the store and they were very uninterested in helping us do the return and never even tried to help find us a new toilet. It is now 8 days since the return and we are still waiting for those refunds because they intentionally hold back processing refunds. We also had to then call Ferguson customer service because they never put in to refund the delivery fee for the toilet that never shipped. But here is the kicker- the toilet was not discontinued and we ordered it on Wayfair and had it in 3 days and it was much cheaper. Never again.

They are completely incompetent

What is the point of having a call in menu that asks if you are a homeowner if you don’t sell to homeowners? Then the sub menu has a plumbing option and an HVAC option. When you select HVAC you are informed that they do not sell to the public.

What a waste of time

I request an AC repair online on Saturday afternoon and got a call back in 10 minutes. Scheduled for Monday morning. Joe called me at 8am and he was already on his way to my house.

Good service. Able to order product.

Walked in and needed a small part for the diverter in my bathtub. The first guy didn’t know which brand so he deferred to his coworker who took one look at it and knew right away what brand. He told me to hold on a second and walked down one of the aisles. He came back with a small package in his hands and asked me how many I needed. When I told him I only needed 1, he tore open the package and handed the small part to me. I offered to pay for the whole package and he said not to worry about it!
My father was a plumber and if he were still alive, this is exactly the kind of store he’d want to do business with!
They saved me today and have now gained a customer for life!
