Dishonest. We provided the details of the install, pictures, etc. They updated the estimate the night before because of their initial oversight. They came for the install, tried to increase the price by an additional $1500. They blamed their estimator for not knowing about the system. The installer complained about the water filtration system being inferior to theirs. In the end, we asked them to leave and they wasted our day. In the end, we were able to have the 2024 Forbes Winner for whole home filtration installed by another company for a cheaper price. Very disappointing but am happy to have found a different plumber for future use.
UPDATED: Sorry. You should really talk to your staff. Ethan literally never came to our house for an estimate. He called and said since it was a new build and we had a whole utility room, he didn't need to come to see the site, lol. You and I spoke the night before the actual install. You knew the system (brand, model, etc) and about the Moen valve. Your technician threw you under the bus by saying the estimator doesn't know about the system. I provided all the specs to you ahead of time. I appreciate your response, but please don't lie.

Tyler was prompt to the appointment and was able to explain in detail the issues with my plumbing. Made the repair the next day. Everything went as expected. I will always ask for Tyler in the future.
