Tree reviews in Rockville, Maryland

I was so impressed with their customer service. They helped me assess and bolt a huge tri-branched tulip tree a year ago, and then sent me the assessment again when I’d lost it (even remembering my name and the exact tree without referencing!) Top notch company!! Thanks.

They did a great job of trimming a very large tree. Because our yard has no access to an alley or street, all the work was done by climbing the tree. Not only did they do a great job trimming, but our neighbors remarked on what a good job they did cleaning up the debris in their yards. We would definitely use them again.

Excellent experience! From planning to execution to payment. Bill and his team are amazing: we needed an emergency tree take down and it happened in 2 days. The team was efficient and left everything in great shape. We also had the trees in the garden trimmed and the flower beds mulched and all was done very well. Highly recommend!!!

Great advice and wonderful pruning job. Thank you

Tacoma Tree went to my property and assessed the situation and removed a dead tree. Very good service, thank you.

Takoma Tree Experts did an excellent job pruning two large trees and several small ones. Easy to get an estimate and the work was scheduled pretty quickly. Team members professional, worked hard, took care of the debris, and were pleasant and courteous.

Billing was difficult. Otherwise service was excellent!

Easy to work with. Friendly crew.

Takoma Tree Experts did a great job!

Expect tree trimmers and good customer service.

Excellent service. Prompt response, on time, good advice, does the job correctly, and all at a reasonable price.

They did a fantastic job safely bringing down a dying tree in our backyard

Very prompt and professional experience with Takoma Tree for tree pruning at our house. Happy to recommend.

Came after a tree fell in my yard. They showed up in the morning and were done within about 1 1/2 hours. Cleaned up any and all debris. Would highly recommend them.

I have used Takoma Tree Experts several times for pruning my trees and once for cutting down a tree and grinding the stump.

TT made recommendations concerning how to best trim the lower branches of our Magnolia tree that left it looking fantastic. Thank you !

Repeat customer. Staff are punctual, professional, friendly, careful, and thorough. I especially like it that phone calls get answered by a live person. Email messages are returned promptly. Proposals are well written and easy to understand. Highly recommend.

We had to have a large dead branch removed, a tree deadwooded and some dead branches removed from a third tree. Takoma was very responsive. Easy to schedule, arrived on time and discussed with us where best to cut the large dead branch off. This is our second positive experience with them. I’d use them again.

Franklin and the crew do great work, they have taken good care removing large limbs off a massive oak right next to my home. Their estimates are fair. I wish I could give 5 stars, but on multiple occasions I found their scheduling process to be unnecessarily stressful due to last minute changes for major tree work (NOT due to inclement weather or other emergency), and having to deal with an answering service that fails to recognize repeat customers and delays communication with them when time is a factor. Their service would be 5 star if they fix their scheduling/communication system. I would think about signing the contract once a date for the work has been established.

I have used Takoma Tree Experts before and, as always, they provided excellent and timely service, both in making and providing the estimate as well the actual trimming and cleaning up.

I have used Takoma Tree in the past and have always been happy with the work. They are incredibly responsive and get the job done right. I will definitely be using them again.
