I had contacted them for an estimate on a new HVAC unit in a property that I manage. They told me it would be a free estimate and I was very clear that the unit was dead and I needed an estimate on replacement not a service call. They sent a service tech out who said it needed to be replaced and would need someone else to look at it. Sent someone else out and have yet to send me an estimate on replacement. That was several months ago but they are able to send me a bill every month for the service call I did not ask for. I will not be paying the bill and I will never call them for anything again.

It took a month to get the quote and it was twice the price of the nearest other quote (higher by $62,000!). I followed up with questions about the quote and never even got a response.
