I hired Green Comfort Systems to put in a new AC/Furnace system. The owner was able to meet the same day I called for an estimate, and they were able to install the new system within a couple of weeks. A+ experience working with this local, family business.

Pleasant staff; easy to get in touch with; very responsive; timely; keep me posted regarding service; technician knowledgeable and in particular, Jaime was very personable. Definitely would work with them again.

Kyle, Rhonda and his crew are amazing! HVAC stopped working during the heat wave! Showed up with estimate day after my first call. Was kind enough to provide window units and quickly completed full replacement of heat and a/c unit. Including removal of oil tank! The entire crew was clean and efficient! Thank you so much!

Great service with Rhonda and David. My a/c went out in 100% weather. They were able to get out to my home in 1 day considering they were really back up. I had an emergency situation and was very nervous of how I was going to get this done. I had another company go out and access the problem. Their resolution was way higher and not . even the issue. Green Comfort has been a pleasure to work with. They came into the middle of a difficult situation regarding a warranty issue. They have been proactive in communication, working hard with the manufacturer to get the situation resolved quickly and had equipment installed within two weeks of taking over the situation. Highly recommend!!!!!

David Askren provided an excellent service for us at a fair price, installing an Ecobee thermostat for our gas boiler, and adding the transformer needed to provide power for the thermostat. The companies I’d reached out to before Green Comfort Systems either didn’t work on boilers, didn’t call back, or didn’t know how to navigate our issue. Dave and Spencer were fast and explained everything and even proposed how to wire our boiler and separate A/C system together so we could operate both from the one stat, a suggestion we will probably take him up on. They also both immediately put shoe covers on when they entered our house without being asked, which was a nice respectful touch. Big recommend for these folks.

Kyle and his entire team, from reception to the installation techs, were a pleasure to work with. They were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. GCS took the stressful task of replacing an heat pump in mid July and made it painless for us ! Estimate and installation process was a breeze. Highly recommend.

The technician came the same day we called. He explained everything to us patiently in a way that we understood. We had been without air conditioning for five days after the previous contractor failed to follow up with a promised estimate. A day later the A/C is working fine. Our experience so far with Green Comfort is completely positive: courteous and efficient at a fair price.

GCS serviced my gas furnace last Sunday for a heating tune up and I had a great experience with Jaime on the phone and our service tech Spencer was amazing!

My experience with Green Comfort Systems was a pleasure from the day Service man : Dave Askren came to my home until the day the issue was completed & solved. The problem was the motor in my furnace which affected my A/C. Being in the 80 degree weather, I was grateful to Dave when he fixed it.
I cannot speak highly enough of the entire staff: Rhonda (office Mgr) & Jamie.
I would highly recommend them .

Spencer with Green Comfort Systems was prompt, very knowledgeable and professional. He replaced the capacitor on our outdoor central air unit and even showed me the part and explained what had happened. I also like that Green Comfort Systems has a maintenance program for around $250 that provides me with two free check ups on my HVAC system per year to keep it running smoothly. Green Comfort Systems is very fair and trustworthy. 😃

The technician was very courteous, provided a clear explanation of the root cause, and completed the repair efficiently in just one visit.

Green Comfort Solutions installed a new heat pump with backup gas furnace for us. Time from receiving the estimate to having the system up and running was under 2 weeks. The work crew arrived on schedule. They worked hard, they were polite, they cleaned up after themselves (inside and out) and the job was completed in the schedule time frame (2 days). Robb was able to answer all our questions. He put up with us as we "ganged up" on him with questions regarding the thermostat and it's various configurations. The office staff (Rhonda) was extremely helpful, especially with the financing. I think she showed remarkable patience with me.

Green Comfort Systems was recommended to me from a friend. They did an awesome job from the initial consult to the install. I spoke with multiple contractors and GCS was the only one to show me a wide range of quotes with the various models on the market and what to expect from each at their different price points. The install from Rob & Will was very professional and they walked me through using the system and routine maintenance items to address.

Overall, competitive price, great communication, great install. I'd highly recommend.

This company is outstanding! I accepted an estimate for a new AC unit on Friday 8/8. They scheduled me for install on 8/18. They brought me portable ac units to use until they could complete the install. I asked to be put in the cancellation list and by Saturday 8/9 I had a new ac unit. Everyone was so personable and professional. The install team walked us through and educated us on the new system. They cleaned up and left everything as it was upon their arrival. I will definitely recommend Kyle and his company to all my friends/family.
