Worst company I have dealt with. Gives you one price on the phone and then submits a completely different invoice amount for payment. Do your research and do business with a reputable company.

Called and spoke to Shannon whom I believe to be the service manager for my restaurant. I was told that they would have a refrigeration tech at my location within 2 hours as the temperatures were increasing in the freezer. After 3 hours, continued to call for an eta and kept getting the run around. After 7 hours a "drunk" technician showed up. Needless to say we lost most of our product and had to get another company out.

I tried calling 10 times the emergency number to help with my walk in cooler for my business. For an emergency number I cannot believe how the person hung up and did not take my call or answer my text. This is unprofessional and shows how unreliable this business can be.
