This company went above and beyond what they needed to do. I called on a Saturday when they were just getting ready to close
And they answered the phone. They were very helpful and called me Monday morning With the new part. Best company i ever worked with. -
Good guys that understand the value of Customer Service. All businesses should do a case study on this place. They serve blue collar workers with dignity and they get loyalty in return.
I do think they are missing a significant business opportunity by requiring accounts. The account setup process is invasive and identify-theft prone. The "do you have an account?" question makes customers think they are getting price gouged (and they are) and want to shop elsewhere, like the big box stores. Maybe that's why they've become big box stores. Anyway, my 2 cents on how to improve the business model.
