Stephen did a very good job repairing our washing maytag washing maching. he was professional in every manner. He explained what was wrong with our washing machine and advised on ways to prevent future failures. We are very pleased with this dremus appliance repair and we will use them again if needed.

HORRIBLE TECHNICIAN - I went through our home warranty program and got contracted with dremus. He came to my house on a Saturday and diagnosed my system and said he would put in the report on Monday but he never did. I tried calling him from Monday through Tuesday and he didn't pick up or return any of my calls. He then refused to come back to my house because I called too many times. HORRIBLE customer service, WORST attitude and very DISRESPECTFUL.

I would avoid using their services at all costs, sometimes cheap doesn't mean good. This was our experience only and our opinion.

We contacted this guy because he is a contractor of the home warranty we have, came to do a quick inspection because he needed to provide a report with the findings. Long story short, we get contacted by the home warranty saying the AC coil had corrosion and the insurance will not cover corrosion. He "passed his findings" however, he did not provide any written report, either to us (customers) or the warranty company, he did nor provide any pictures or evidence, he did not even open the coil box to make sure it was indeed the issue!!! He just pressure measured the AC united and came to that conclusion. He mention "could be a leak or the coil or something else" -- We still had to pay the service fee, and he did not come back to re-do the job or at least try to provide photo evidence for the home warranty company, or provide a better evidence instead of saying "seems to be X or Y or Z". Now we are stuck because he is "certified" and his word counts more...
