Constraction reviews in Severn, Maryland

Alfredo and his team of 2 did an excellent job for our brick and flagstone steps project. They were promp and courteous during the two day project and took their time to do it correctly. The price for the job was reasonable and competitive. Highly recommend Alfredo and his team for your next project.

Couldn't be happier! I needed a foundation for a chicken coop placed pretty quickly. JR. Masonry came through! The process was seamless. The quote was great. The work was excellent! Now my chickens will have a safe place to sleep. I'm so grateful!

I recently hired JR. Masonry LLC for landscaping, and I’m extremely happy with the results. The team was professional, hardworking, and paid great attention to detail. They transformed my yard beautifully and finished on time. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality landscaping work! 🌿

Awesome company! Tommy Malone is extremely helpful with really any residential needs. His professionalism and knowledge really impressed me. I will be using him for all of my excavating/hardscape needs for my properties. A true jack of all trades.

Huge pine tree fell across driveway during last snowstorm. Was cleared in a few hours!! And great price too!

Excellent work ethics, very professional, prompt communication, very nice to work with!

Severn Landscaping has done several projects for me including lawn maintenance, snow removal & major brush removal, all at a reasonable price and work is done in a timely professional manner.

We had the lawn reseeded while not home. Severn took care of everything very professionally and we didn't have to worry at all as they left all as it was before.
Definitely making them my year round provider

Very professional outfit. Responsive, attentive to detail, familiar with codes. Did a great job replacing the steps from our front door porch down to the sidewalk. We received unsolicited compliments from several guests on the new steps. We would use them again for any similar job.

These guys are the best. My tall retaining wall was leaning over and it needed to be rebuilt. They did an awesome job relocating mature trees and rebuilding the wall, with proper drainage to make it better than ever. Tommy is a great project manager abd has done handscaping and landscaping in Baltimore County.

I WISH I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS. We hired them to build a patio and seed our yard. In the middle of the work, after signing the contract, he tried to unilaterally change the terms of the contract and demand we pay him everything upfront AFTER he had already torn the yard up in preparation for the patio, effectively holding us hostage. He refused to refund the deposit of 2k as stated in the contract. We have a pending lawsuit against him, and a MHIC complaint has been filed. Please see the pictures, and don't let this happen to you! Get a reputable company!

Tommy and his team were the best. I had his excavation crew come out as I was having some foundational and subsequent waterproofing issues. They took care of all the landscaping in an extremely professional and exemplary manner. These guys were professional, fair on price, and to top it all off Tommy is a great American patriot and served our country - god bless him! These guys rock!!!

Tommy did a great job excavating along a foundation wall to expose a below-grade waterproofing membrane.
They were careful not to damage the existing waterproofing during the excavation. They backfilled the area once the work was complete and properly compacted the dirt.
They also did a great job at restoring the landscaping after the work was completed.
Overall friendly and dedicated, would definitely recommend.

Eddie and his team are incredible! They do a fantastic job and are perfectionist. Eddie is able to do the job exactly as I have in mind and goes above and beyond. We’ve had a few jobs done by him and have recommended him to multiple family members, all of whom are just as satisfied with his work. Highly recommend!

Great quality work and very nice man!

Fantastic company. Excellent work great prices the guys were awesome

Escobar construction and maintenance company has been doing business with us for quite a number of years and we are always very pleased with his services

He did a great and excellent job . I recommend him to anyone, trust me. We came one day and finished the same day. I will use him over and over.

Eddie has done a few projects for me and I've been satisfied with all of them. I should note, I am difficult to please as I believe in old fashioned work ethic and values, which are so rare to come by in this day and age. That said, I never doubt the quality of the work when I use him and his prices are very competitive. Thank you for the recent ceiling fan swaps. They look beautiful and, most importantly, they work!

I had a very difficult job in front of me. I had several contractors flat out turn the job down. Eddy Escobar told me right away, I will do this job. No problem. Mr.Escobar worked 8-10 hours a day and got the job completed on time. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Mr.Escobar to anyone for any type of work. I was very surprised at cost of his work, he was very competitive and slightly below the average contractor.

Amazing job, when I walk in my house, it feels like home.. he talk pride in his job and explain everything before he starts working to give a better idea to make his customers happy. Any work needs to be done in my house, he is the one I trust to make it happen 🙏 🙌
