Don’t waste your time because they will waste yours.Called 12/1/25 to make an appointment. The appointment was confirmed for 12/2/25 12-3pm. Called the office 12/2/25 to confirm a technician will call 45 min before arriving so I can leave work to be there on time. 12/2/25 at 3:10 called the office wondering where the technician is. The office said they will call back with an update…no call back no call from the technician and nobody showed up.

Gerald from EE Chimney Inspection & Chimney Repair Services and he was totally awesome! He was punctual, friendly, attentive & accommodating. I immediately knew I was talking to someone who was very experienced in his field. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and Brian and his team was patient & addressed all my questions & concerns.
